The hotel is not for humans but the roaches seem to love it!

Everything was ok.

Very clean bathroom.

This hotel is just fine for the money you. Clean....tidy......not bad at all.

Fine as a stop over place. Room felt a bit dusty. We were cold in the night and could have done with an extra blanket perhaps. Having the heater on would have meant not sleeping at all as it was noisey. Basic breakfast in the morning was good to grab something and go.

Very basic but very good for the price.

Obviously this is not a 5 star hotel. But the service was friendly, the beds were comfy, the toilet and shower were clean, the a/c worked, the breakfast was included. What more do you want? Yes, I would stay there again.

I would only recommend this hotel due to its value. The continental breakfast is only white toast, cereal or oatmeal. The sheets were either dirty or stained. The rooms were large and relatively new.

I know this isn't a five star hotel, but I at least expect a comfortable bed. Not a bed that is worn out and sunk in the middle, not to mention hard as a rock. On a positive note the room was clean although very out-dated. The best feature they had to offer was their shower. clean, good pressure, and plenty of hot water

Super 8 Holbrook is a great place to rest after a long day on the road. My room was clean and my bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly.

I had asked Hotels.com for a non-smoking room, and a hotel with a swimming pool. When I got to the Super 8 Hotel, I was disappointed to find out that we were reserved a smoking room and the hotel's pool was not functioning- had no water! I had brought my grandsons just for the swimming pool so we had to change to a different hotel. Also, they gave us […] a room on the third floor with no elevator. THE ROOM WAS FINE THE ONLY THING THAT CONCERNED ME WAS THAT THERE WHERE HOLES ON THE BLANKET LIKE SOMEONE HAD BEEN SMOKING AND BURNT THE BLANKET AND THE FLOOR DID NOT LOOK VACCUMED. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY NICE

Old looking. Funny smell in hallways...like burnt popcorn (perhaps it WAS burnt popcorn). Asked for an iron and had to get it ourselves. If you need a quick place to stay, it's fine as long as you're leaving the next morning. The breakfast was the worst yet I've ever seen in a hotel/motel.

We got to the Hotel at 1 AM as we were passing through to see the Grand Canyon. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and not at all helpful. The hotel room was small and stunk horribly! I Stay in over 60 hotels a year, and I only write reviews if the service is extremely poor or outstanding... You get what you pay for! Clean and good enough for the price. A lot of slamming doors though. What's up with that?

Easy to find - close to restaurants and attractions.

Desk clerk was very rude. Never smiled. Chastised me because I was talking to my friend while she was on the phone. Our room smelled horrible. We put the a/c on and went out. When we came back, it smelled worse. We asked for a room change. The clerk said that because we took so long to tell her, the only choice they would give us was on the third floor […] with no elevator. There were barely any guests on the first floor but she refused to give us a room there. The sign outside said there was a pool. Well, the pool was out of order...for two months! As often happens when I book through Hotels.com, even though I personally called ahead to request a ground floor room, We were assigned a second floor room and no ground floor rooms were available. My wife and I are both disabled and often need to use a wheel chair. It was a tough climb. And there was no offer to assist with our bags, not normally expected […] but under the circumstances it would have been charitable. 詳情

Served out purpose well, room was clean but no frills. Pool was out of service. Strong smell of cleaning chemical in room, this could be an irritant for people with allergies. Laundry facilities on site.

This hotel was not bad, considering the condition of other hotels we saw in Holbrook. The interior was quite nice and the rooms were newly painted and clean. The walls were somewhat thin, but when things quited down around 10PM it was not a problem.

Stay away from this Hotel. We booked this hotel becuase we just needed a place to spend one night on the way to the Grand Canyon. Once we saw the condition of the room, we immeditaly consider moving to a different hotel. Unfortunately, it was late and we knew from our search weeks before that it was one of the few hotels that had vacancy. The hotel […] was in very shabby condition. You could see by the dirt stains on the wall where a TV used to be (it still has a TV, but judging by the stain, it is a different tv). The neighborhood directly behind the hotel, is run down. When I arrived, I found that the pool was closed since June, 2009 - a month - and I had a third floor room. The building had no elevator, and I did not want to walk my ice chest up three flights of stairs. However, the people were kind, the room was clean, and for the money, it was an OK place to stay.

Oh dear, where do I start. First, we were greeted by a very disgruntled employee who would have rather been anywhere but at work. Next we asked for a ground floor room and you would have tho't we asked for the moon. She asked, "Did you ask for a room on the ground floor?" I had my eighty year old parents with us and she did not even care that they would have to climb 11 steps. the room was about what we expected and clean, but that was the extent of the niceness. The mattress was hard, the pillows lumpy. When I tried to get online, he wifi did not connect, so, I went down to the lobby to connect and no luck there. I soon discovered, unless you were connecting to Super 8 website, it did not work there either. The breakfast was really deficient and we left after fixing our own breakfast of food we had brought in. This was just a overnight stop. It was clean. That is the most important aspect to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. Gave good suggestions for restaurants. Location is easy access. The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. Room had very low water pressure and recommend not staying in 317. If on the upper floor, expect to climb the stairs as there is no elevator.

The hotel was one of the closest to the entrance to The Petrified Forest in Arizona. There was a free program of Native American dancing in the park by the courthouse. Great place to buy petrified wood and geodes walking distance from the courthouse. A great bargain all in all.

It was great for a one night stay. It was very quiet and we slept well. The pool was not working which was disappointing to the kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. House behind hotel seems run down and scary but building was secure. We would stay again on a drive through.

si vous voulez faire une étape comme nous : tres bien, pas cher, pizza hut a coté, freeway a coté bref , pratique pour plus d'une nuit, inutile, y'a vraiment rien autour !!

We don't recommend this hotel, because we have been stolen in the bedroom while we where at the swimming pool...
