The hotel needs to hire a handyman to maintain minor items around the hotel. None of the self closing room doors closed fast enough to actually latch the door shut. Many guests had to turn around and pull their doors shut so they latched. Door handles in the bathroom were loose and will soon fall out. The shower head was caked with calcium build up […] and sprayed water all over the place and the flow was very weak. The pillows were so flat that you had to fold them in half to get a normal thickness of pillow. Carpets were stained and the exterior of the hotel needs to be repainted. 詳情

I booked this as a halfway overnight stay for a getaway trip. When we got in the room, my fiancé found dried blood drops on the bathroom floor, she took pictures of it. The handle on the room fridge was filthy and there appeared to be a couple of spots of dried blood on the walls. This was just a stopover for us (2 ppl + 1 baby). The room was really clean but I was a bit disappointed that there was no shampoo or body wash samples to use to wash up. The service was okay. We tried ordering pizza but there was a two hour wait time for delivery service. The continental breakfast was not the greatest. The coffee needs to be better […] but I guess you can't expect 5 star coffee at this hotel. I wouldn't recommend laying any babies on the bedding they provide. My 3 month old broke out in a rash. Hotel needs updates, does not have enough plugs in the room. Mold in the bathroom. Horrible beds, pillows had plastic covers on them and caused your head to sweat badly. No closet, no iron, bad continental breakfast. WOULD NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL AGAIN!

we were very unhappy with the heater because it made noises so we had to turn it off and were cold. There was no shampoo, and the mattresses were very noisey because of the plastic and uncomfortable. The room and hotel was not the worst place I've ever stayed at, but it was not a very clean place and the continental breakfast was limited to bread, bear claws or frozen waffles with room for only 8 people to sit. The area was a bit rough and you had a great view of waffle house and their employees constantly smoking outside.

Evening/nighttime staff was very pleasant and helpful. The guy behind the counter in the morning was just taking up space. The room overall appeared clean enough, but the bathroom counter was off-putting. The free breakfast, which typically goes til 10:00 am, closed at 9:00 am, so I and others missed it. Hotel was clean but rear entry door did not function well. Room was comfortable although mattress was not real firm. Staff was hospitable. Continental breakfast could have been much better. It was very limited. Access to highway was good. If they improved their breakfast and fixed the rear door it would be a very good hotel.

Our Non-smoking room seemed to smell more like an old smoking room, also, the heating unit did not work on auto. Otherwise, the people are very friendly and effecient and the Hotel is well located.

we had a nice stay at this motel. the front desk staff was awesome, the room was of good size, the air conditionar however, needed to repair, you could not change the temp of the room, so we were hot all night long. the pool area, the signs need to be changed, one says it opens at 9, the other at 10, then there is one that gives 2 differant age groups […] of when they can swim with out a parent. the signs needs to be the same not all differant in the pool area, confusing. The first thing that caught my eye when pulling into the parking lot of this Super 8, were the two cars with their lights on WAY in the back of the parking lot. Looked very suspicious. Room was dated & smelled musty. Had a newer flat screen TV, which seemed out of place with the broken A/C unit and 25 year old linens. Continental breakfast was horrible...not […] worth even trying. Super 8's are a hit & miss deal. Some are nice; others are seedy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Elizabethtown. This hotel is horrible!!!!! The widow wouldn't shut all the way. The outlet wasn't covered behind the night stand. The fridge and microwave wasn't plugged in. The room was clean. That is all I can say nice about it.

We stayed for two night and it was better than we expected by the reviews. The rooms were clean, but did not have enough plug ins. The min-fridge was not plugged in so you couldn't put anything cold in there but we rearranged the room a bit and were happy. I was very impressed with the over all stay! Every things was clean and nice. The indoor pool was perfect! We will return the next time we are in town! Oh yea, there was a plastic matress covering on the mattress to prevent spills from ruining it and I suppose to prevent the speed of bugs-I really appreciate that feature!!!

Elizabethtown is a twice a year stop for us. Almost did not book this hotel because it had been degrading some over the years. Glad we took one more try as it had gotten the needed facelift.
