The best thing about this place was the price and the breakfast. The rooms are a different story. It appears to me that they haven't sunk a dime into this place since the Brady bunch was a hit TV show! The TV,bedspead,and comforter were all circa 1979. This us the 4th year that my daughter & I have stayed here and each time has been wonderful. It is conveniently located and the area is well lit. The room is always clean and comfortable. We especially enjoy the breakfast - even hard boiled eggs & the computer in the lobby!

Was a nice motel,the room was clean & comfortable. Enjoyed our stay there. Were there for a familly wedding at a nearby lake. Have never stayed in Park Rapids before but know if we do where we will stay.

"Don't stay here."

We reserved a non-smoking room, but were given a room that obviously had been a smoking room and had a terrible overwhelming cigarrette smell. We requested a room that didn't reek of smoke, but were denied. We complained to the owners, but we were rudely ignored. DON'T STAY HERE!!!
