Excellent stay except for breakfast. We were used to more choices from them , but they were very limited during this stay . Overall the stay was great as usual

The hotel was adequate and conveniently located to restaurants and Universal's Islands of Adventure. The breakfast was not as nice as other hotels. Was fair for the price and location.

This was a great hotel for the purpose that we needed it for- young adults on Spring Break. The older folks stayed across the street and the younger crowd stayed here. They loved it because the pool and hot tub was open 24/7 and was more of a younger crowd. So if it is Spring Break and you are young- this is a good place to stay- if older or a family […] with young kids you might want to go across the street like we did to Quality Inn if it is Spring Break. 詳情

We didn't expect luxury but in this case the room was dirty, no vacum at all, the coffe maker has mold, no shampoo and conditioner. The location is great, close to Universal and the outlets, Nothing else is good.

i not one to complain as the saying goes you get what you pay for. The room was big enough and the hotel location was perfect, but the bed and pull out couch..OMG..please..please change them as they were the worst ever! the pull out bed was stain and nasty and the mattresses of both of the bed were bad as well and hard..come on i think enough people […] stay there to at least afford new mattresses and pull out sofas to change every 3 years also. As per the free breakfast it was great..my kids enjoy it and it was a bit of everything enough to have before hitting the parks. 詳情

Great location close to universal studios. The beds where old and very uncomfortable , you can feel the springs , could not sleep for the 4 nights.

The bath sink not drain,the bathroom have a lot of mold, the mattress are so hard and the sofa bed you can feel all the springs. We was in the 5th floor and between 8:30 and 10:00am you have to wait more than 15mins. So we have to used the stairs. The breakfast was good and the employees are nice. The Lexington, while in a great area of Orlando for food, fun, and shopping, was not well kept nor comfortable. The beds in our room sagged miserably. Every spring was felt in a person's back. The room smelled "off". When we first entered the room we joked that there might be a dead body under one of the beds because the smell was overtly chemical. […] Our stay was in February, not a hot month in Florida, but air conditioning is still required. It was hard to get the room cool enough. Then there was the moisture. Anything left out of the suitcase overnight was damp and sometimes wet the next morning. The air conditioning did nothing to remove the moisture. The room was never cleaned during our stay. The beds got made, but it was clear that nothing was cleaned in the bathroom. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom floor and walls. Finally, the toilet stopped up. We had to have maintenance come in twice to fix the problem. On the second visit, the maintenance man left us the plunger. He took the dirty plunger out of the toilet, dripped it across the toilet seat, and set it in the corner of the bathroom. He then used a little toilet paper to dry up the seat. It was gross. We ended up checking our a day early. Neither the hotel nor Hotels.com offer a refund for the night we didn't spend there. Save yourself the misery and spend a little more for a better class hotel. I wish I had. 詳情

Nicely maintained and landscaped hotel. Nice breakefast, heated pool and spa. The only bad thing I can say about this place is that the pool and spa are very coarse and very uncomfortable to be inas they feel like you're sitting on jagged gravel. Otherwise it is a pleasant place to stay.

We chose this hotel because it was near Disney World and it was CHEAP! It had the best reviews the hundreds that I read! So, here is the breakdown. PROS: -Close to theme parks -Decent breakfast -Old, but clean -Pool was nice, clean, warm, and not crowded. CONS: -We were not given the room that we reserved. (It was smaller than what was offered on […] this site, but I didn't go complain or try and get moved. I just didn't care because we didn't stay in our rooms long at all anyway.) -We were given a smoking room. I didn't realize until the last day that our room was a smoking room, I just thought all of the rooms had that smokey room smell. OOPS! So I'll count the smell as a con, but I am guessing the non smoking rooms smell better. -It was a bit noisy. There were some other hotel guests who were really loud down in the common areas late at night. We didn't hear them in the room, but my niece ended up dragging her mattress from the front room into the bedroom so she could sleep. We did however hear the noise from the bars behind the hotel. It was a little annoying, but we were so tired it didn't really keep us awake. If you want to avoid that noise request a room that runs perpendicular to Canada drive (or faces south, not sure of the numbering of those rooms). There were a few other little odds and ends that I could nit pick. The bathtub faucet leaked, there was no hot water in the bar area sink, the fold out bed was only a single, there were only whole oranges and green bananas for fruit for breakfast. But I honestly have to say that for what we paid this place was great! Better than expected. And I bet if I had gone down and complained most of our cons could have been fixed by just switching rooms! 詳情

The Lexington provided good accomodations for our stay in Orlando. We especially liked having a separate bedroom, sink and mirror outside the bathroom, and the counter in the living room with micro and refrigerato and wet bar.

Excellent hot breakfast. Wheelchair accessible and the bathroom was excellent, large and convenient. Privacy; daughter in own room w/TV, sink, microwave and refridgerator, sleept on sofa bed with door dividing parents room.

We arrived early and were told there was no early check-in. We came back late (10pm) and were shocked that the hotel name, pictures and lobby gave a totally different impression than the rooms. We had to enter through a creepy locked metal gate, the hallwaysand elevators were disgusting, and the rooms had a very low-class "motel" feel. Our sleeper sofa […] was obviously broken, furniture was damaged, chairs were stained, and the room smelled like smoke covered up with perfume. When I complained, the manager said it was an old hotel and there was nothing he could do. I spent an hour on the phone with hotels.com, who worked it out for us to check out the next day without penalty, and we found another hotel. 詳情

For the amount I paid for the room the hotel was excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping plazas, and the attractions with a shuttle going back and forth. The pool was clean and well kept so was the hot tub. The only thing I had to complain about was the neighbors we had smoked and left their 'ashtray' right in front of our room. I must say I was very excited to stay at the Lexington Suites Orlando from December 19th to the 22nd because it was close to the parks and because after looking everywhere it had a jacuzzi. So, the jacuzzi was the main reason we booked it. We were very disappointed when we got there and we saw the the jacuzzi was not in service, and in reception they […] did not know how long would it take to fix. The jacuzzi was a minor inconvenient, compared to how bad the room we checked in smelled. Also, there was a "gift" in the toilet when we arrived and the door of the bathroom did not close properly. We went to reception and asked for the room to be changed, and the manager gave us a bad look and said that he would have to send the "engineer" to take a look at it, and 2 hours later we were able to check in a different room. The other room was nicer. The difference was incredible. It seems that because we got a "discounted room" they put us in a crappy one. Even the fridge was new, and there was no horrible smell in it. Even the room being a disaster, if the staff would have been nice with us I would have not complained. I do not think this hotel appreciated us as customers, and they need to give some training to their staff to learn about customer service skills. Bad things first: The elevators really need some attention, not because they don’t work, but because there is writing on the walls and the floor is peeling off. Besides all that, the room and bathroom was really clean, the air conditioner worked well, and we really liked the fact that there is a little sort of living room/kitchen so it gives it more privacy. The breakfast was more than we expected, two kinds of scrambled eggs, bagels, French toast, etc. so you can really save some money not having to go out. The location is also close to everything. had a great time in Orlando Hotel was in a perfect spot off the main hwy lots of resturants and things to see within walking distance Only thing that i may change is the size of the room it was a little small bathroom was small also staff was very nice

For the same price you can get a better hotel! The staff is horrible, the room is old, elevators are old and dirty, the only good thing about it is the location. The housekeeper will come and leave your A/C at 50 everyday, even if you ask them not to do it. I made reservations 5 days in advance and couldnt get the room I requested. The front desk staff, […] specially Tobias is very rude. Breakfast is ok but no convenient 7Am - 9Am. Key stopped working 3 times and I had to go down 4 floors with 3 small kids to get it fixed. I was very disappointed, when we were exausted from all parks, all we wanted was to go back to a nice confortable place, but that was not what we got. Eveything was good, breakfast more than enough, the hotel is close to the main atractions.and a great price-value option for family.

The hotel is a bit older but for the price, can't beat it to be so close to major attractions. For a family on a budget, this is a good place to stay. Hot breakfast included. The room has a small frig, microwave and coffee pot.

Our first night stay was miserable. The AC was broken which we had no knowledge of. We were moved to a different room the next day which was much better. The rooms were clean.

Not a bad place for the cost. Pull-out sofa in the "living" room made it possible to sleep up to six people. Pool was in the center of the common area which made it noisy no matter what room you stayed in. Location was great and some days was able to walk I-drive and have fun without even taking the car.

Plenty of room to move around in the room and breakfast was great. The only downside was it is an older hotel and needs some maintenance. overall great hotel and the staff was friendly.

We really enjoyed staying here. We have three kids and were not expecting, in addition to the double beds, a sofa bed. It also had a mini kitchen (A Plus!) Breakfast was great. Very impressed with the hot breakfast. We had a great weekened. We definitely will return there. Thank you!

Yes there are little things that annoyed people such as old fixtures, noisy guests, etc, etc. For what I paid for, great breakfast, perfect customer service, and clean rooms. This is what I expect from a 5 star hotel and I got it here. If you want flat screen tv, shiny gold faucets, new carpet, then go pay $100 to $1000 a night. This Hotel is located in a dicent area of the city and is not too far away from its main attractions. How ever the sevice of this hotel is bad and the internet and accomodation is worst. It is less than a good value for your money but if you are a few young guys or ladies its not a bad place at all.

The hotel workers at the front desk were consistantly very helpful. You can tell the hotel at one time was beautiful and clean. The stairways smelled and were dirty. The breakfast was more then I expected. It was pretty good, hot usually scrambled eggs potatoes, then varied with sausage, bacon and corn beef hash, also there were pancakes and french […] toast. There was also juices, coffee, bagels and fresh fruit available. The maid service was inconsistent, some days better then others. Our tempature control was broken so our only option was full blast air conditioning or nothing. I didn't realize it was broken until the last night. It was workable. I had 3 kids with me. We got an incredible price via the internet making it was well worth it. Could be a bit cleaner in the stairwells. We didn't get to the pool so can't comment on it although it looked refreshing . Location was great only 1.5 miles form Univeersal. Wet n wild waterpark near-by less then a 1/2 mile away. So bottom line it was a bargain, it is not the cleanest, our room was fine and large enough including, fridge, sink and microwave. Enter by front desk and you miss a dirty entrance by the elevator on the other side of the hotel which is gated and you can only enter using your room key. The room really could have been cleaner. The shower was disgusting...i had to use a towel to turn it on because there was white stuff around the knob. The breakfast was the same the 9 nights that I stayed there. Sucks!! They never change my sheets only clean towels. The laundry had to mush dirt. The lady from the dining room wasn't friendly. Overall I rate this hotel 3/5.

Was surprised by the layout of the room, loved the split rooms in one and a TV in both. The pool was always rocking, but it was too small for the buildings occupancy.
