Great location! Great value for the money! Felt more personal that a big hotel which was nice to have. We would recommend this to a friend!

The Kaanapali Villas are close to Whaler's Village, are on a beautiful piece of property, and have a wonderful beach area. We could see the ocean from our bed on the 6th floor. The room was clean and comfortable for 4. While not every room had chairs and a table on the small balcony, ours did and that was so nice to sit out there with the morning coffee. […] The kitchen was clean and stocked adequately with cookware. I liked this hotel, will be back.

The rooms at this hotel are privately owned so our experience with the room we stayed in (614) may not represent the qualitiy of the other rooms. Our room had not been remodeled for 20+ years. Carpet was fairly new, everything else was very old. Carpet in front of bathroom sink was filthy. Bed was not awful but only marginally comforable. Bed spread […] looked 10 years old. This hotel is well situated on the nicest part of the beach - great snorkeling about 2 minutes to the north and about 10 minutes to the south at Black Rock - the grounds are superbly maintained and our studio room was large and well equipped - the free mai tai party on Thursday afternoon was a nice touch - 20 minute walk to Whaler's Village along the […] "beach walk" - the pools are warm and clean with anice little store off the main lobby area - it'snot 5 stars but it is a place we are happy to suggest to our friends 詳情

Location was great. We had a room that had been renovated and had a great kitchen. We were right on the beach. The restaurant was closed when we were there.

Very nice room which had been recently updated. Beach near hotel is great. Enjoyed the long beach walk along all of the hotels. Would definately stay here again.

I would definitely consider staying here again. The room was right next to the pool and about 100 foot walk to the beach. Just what we asked for and the price was right. Our room and location was exactly what we expected

The hotel is in a good location, but it is quite dated. While they have invested in updating the bathroom and kitchen area, the room still felt old. The balcony was so small that it was unusable. You couldnt sit in the chair and close the sliding glass door. And, we paid for an ocean view room....which I agree that if you really looked in the right […] direction you could see it off in the distance, it was certainly not visible from inside the room. Stayed 5 days at Maui Ka'anapali Villas. Great hotel staff service. My only complaint was the wireless internet service. Was free, but rarely worked.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the quality and location of the Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas. The on-site restaurant was great for dinner options and the short walk to the crystal clear waters of the ocean was very relaxing and enjoyable. Pros: It is a great location, nested in a great area, beach view. Free parking and internet. They do add hotel fee $13 per day, but they claim parking and internet is free. Cons: Sheets were not changed specifically when they are visibly dirty, they do not replenish coffee the second day or third day, they did not vacuum floors, there was sand on the […] floor from the first day, it was still there the second day. 詳情

The room was tastefully decorated, and the property was beautiful and very quiet. We checked in early and the staff not only found a room that was ready but upgraded us too. Having a full kitchen was a great convenience too. The onsite store had food and other items that were very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone […] visiting Maui. I went with my girlfriend for a quick visit to Maui in January of 2011. The villas were a little bit at the higher end of our budget but it was completely worth it! We booked a regular room, but they were extremely nice and upgraded us to a garden suite for free! The front desk staff were all very friendly and very helpful and answered all our questions […] about getting around, since we didn't rent a car (which is something I would recommend, if you have the money, since there are some things you can't do on Maui otherwise!). There's beach access right behind the hotel, and the Castaway Cafe is excellent. We were able to watch humpback whales while we ate lunch there as well (you can see them from about December - March). Finally there is also a free trolley that takes you to other hotels in the Ka'anapali area, and up to the Whalers Village shopping area. From the Whalers Village you can catch a public transit bus for just $1 per ride to other parts of Maui, including nearby Lahaina for other places to visit and things to do. All in all we had a spectacular time, and I would stay again! 詳情

Overall our stay was a good one. We stayed in two different rooms during our visit and both rooms exceeded our expectations. The hotel is close to Whalers Village and Lahaina which was convenient. I LOVE the Kaanapali Villas! They are situated right on Kaanapali beach, with beautiful views and great staff! The location is perfect if you are looking for something off the beaten path, but still close to shopping and other points of interest. I can't wait to visit again!

They are in the process of renovating (11/2009). Quality of rooms vary considerably. Some are modern and nicely decorated. Others have not seen improvements in years.

I'd stay here again. Wasn't trying to spend too much and didn't know what to expect. But when I got there, the room was bigger than a normal hotel room with full kitchen (and supplies), big bathroom (two sinks), and living and dining room areas. Was on the ground floor and could step right onto the patio if I wanted to eat outside. No hallways, elevators […] and lobbies to get thru just to see the sun. Not the most glamorous spot on the beach, but it's never about the hotel for me. All the other hotels are in walking distance (3 miles or less) and 1 mile north is the grocery store. Snorkeling at Black Rock is less than a mile away- you can see it from the Villas. There's also decent snorkeling right on the beach at the Villas. VERY QUIET TOO! I went to Hawaii to relax, not to hear a bunch of kids running around, which is what you'll get elsewhere. The grounds are very well-kept. Lots of access to acivites nearby that the concierge can help schedule. There's a trolley that comes to the Villas that will take you to all the other hotels if you wanted to do any activities, or Whaler's Village where you can shop and eat. From Whaler's there's a $1 bus that takes 20 minutes to get to Lahaina, where there's more restaurants, shops, art galleries, and a movie theatre. Take the Marriott and Sheraton timeshare tours. They'll give you $100 to use around the island. :) 詳情

Hotel and staff as well as neighborhood exceeded our expectations. However, at checkin they did require an additional daily fee to stay there -- a fee to help them maintain the hotel. It was almost as much as an additional night stay at the hotel.

ステューディオで予約したのにアップグレードしてくださり、最上階のオーシャンビュー、１ベッドルームへ。広くて、景色は最高です。キッチンも充実しています。ちょっとお店から遠いのでレンタカーはあったほうが便利かも。困ったときも、ちょっと英単語で言うと、理解してくださり英語が出来ない私でも快適にすごすことが出来ました。また、マウイに行くときがあれば泊まろうかと思います。

カアナパリ周辺は宿泊施設の料金が高いのですが、ここはコストパフォーマンスがとてもよいです。 過去に3回利用しましたが、そのたびに満足です。 また次回も宿泊したいです。
