"Very comfortable hotel"
Large room with a soft (for China) bed. Good pillows and linens. I was very pleased with this hotel. There are several good restaurants in the hotel and two large KTV's attached (which I did not use). There is a subway entrance adjacent to the hotel making transportation very convenient. My wife and I recently spent a very enjoyable time at this hotel .I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and was very impressed with this one it is the 2nd time we stayed with them and I will gladly go back again . "Not bad but stayed in better"
We stayed on a business trip for 7 nights, the situation is OK, and you feel very comfortable walking out day and night, However if you want to feel more comfortable stay in the Coco park area of Futian, (Near Marco Polo and Sheraton) where you will find plenty of bars, even an Irish one, there are also plenty of western restaurants there. Back to the […] Pavillion, Personally for me I have stayed in many 5star hotels in China and this fell alittle short of the mark, especially the small bathroom, with very shallow bath and the shower in the bath. The check-in was fine but the overall standard of the room was not good. the comfort levels and decor were not even Chinese 5-star quality. I have stayed in much better Chinese run 4-star hotels. The room service was awful but a similar price to many 5-star and 4-star hotels I have experienced in Shenzhen. The bars were also not great.
