We booked the hotel for its proximity to the University of Miami. Having grown up in Miami I was aware ahead of time that it was just across a busy street from Miracle Mile, with its shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment, and was an excellent location. I am honestly surprised the ratings aren't higher. My husband and I found absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel at all. It is on a busy street, but we were on the third floor facing the street and it was not noisy. Parking is behind the hotel, so it feels very safe and it is also in a decent neighborhood right on the edge of coral gables. The next time we return to south Florida we will definitely be staying here! 詳情

The hotel is a block from the Miracle Mile so it is very convenient. It's an adequate hotel, nothing special.

It was OK The bedspread on the bed kept slipping off the bed at night. Did not have enough warm blankets. Bathroom sink water was not flowing well. Seemed to get stopped up. The breakfast downstairs did not have orange juice or bagel, english muffins etc. like other hotels of this type

Very clean, great hotel to stay. Had everything needed in the room, only thing i didnt like was i had to wait ten minutes to check in because they were busy and along with neighbors slamming their doors around my room. But otherwise its in a great location and excellent place to stay. Well worth the rates

Very courteous staff. We requested a non smoking room but there might as well have been smokers in the room with us. It cigarette smell was dreadful, especially in the bathroom. Yes, we did request a room change but it was even worse.

Very great location to Downtown Miami, Airport and surrounding areas. Plenty of parking and free. The hospitality was friendly and helpful. The only things, wish the shower was hotter and the toliet flushed after one push. Beside those things, very pleasant stay

The battery in the lock on door went out and card would not work. We were locked out of room for two hours because there was no maintenance man on property. The hotel was superbly located and the room was big and comfortable. Nevertheless, they did not have daily housekeeping, which could be a problem since there is a kitchenette in the room. The staff was attentive and courteous.

I booked a room in this hotel because I had a conference in Coconut Grove and didn't want to spend the high prices. Room was very clean and quiet. This is a residence type hotel so they will not come in and make beds, etc., every night. (Actually I prefer that.) This hotel is very nice. It is right in the middle of everything with an amazing restaurant just next door. We walked to all major shopping and dining with ease. Quiet room with kitchenette. I expected a couch got only an armchair. Found lipstick stained pillowcase upon check-in. Ick! Pillow was replaced when I took it downstairs. Convenient location and liked the neighborhood just outside the Miracle Mile. Walking distance to Walgreens, Winn-Dixie, Boston Market, Pollo Tropical and other restaurants.

What they offer in the page, and pics are nothing compared to what the hotel is...not that clean, no room service, no housekeeping (got to pay if want this service), no front desk 24 hrs.

This Extended Stay America is exceptionally well located, a block away from Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, FL, and its dozens of excellent restaurants. I booked this hotel last minute using expedia's undisclosed name option so got it very cheap, almost 40% discount then retail. It was clean and better value for money. Internet was not included. Parking is included.
