Being a Marriott I was expecting more. The hotel was o.k overall but they do need to improve alot on cleanliness.The floors in the room and the bathroom were sticky and the toilet was dirty because I was able to see a rimaround the water line. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable; so was the pool and jacuzzi. (The bathroom floor needed re-grouting.) We where pleased otherwise and actually stayed, at this location, twice this month.

Hotel was older and appeared to be somewhat run-down. Room was not in the best condition peeling wall paper, pipes that made loud banging noises. The dresser was beatup. We left for one day and when we returned the television was on at a very high volume - we had not had the TV on that morning and there appeared to be something splattered on the comformter […] on the bed that was not there when we left.Lobby staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. We were pleased with the room, it was very large and clean. The only bad thing was that the look was out of order the first day but we did get to use the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was exceptional ...they took time to assess our needs and assist us without hesitation. The breakfast was very good ...the staff assigned to prepare it was on top of everything and helpful as well. I like whole milk, which most hotels don't carry, otherwise our stay was very comfortable.

Only thing good was the bed was comfortable and the pool was heated. Room was a disgusting mess. Water stains, split tiles, cracks down the walls. Glad we were only there one night. Wasn't worth the money at all.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel was worth the price and will use again when I pass by Tucson again.

Needed an overnight stay while traveling. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and hotel was quiet. Gentleman at the front desk was courteous and the complimentary cookies were delicious. Did not take advantage of the continental breakfast because I wasn't hungry. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay @ a great rate! Close to airport with shuttle service. Very convenient! Very nice facility with extremely comfortable place to rest your head. Clean and spacious rooms. The only drawback was it didn't have an ATM machine. Hubby had to walk next door.

Our stay was short but enjoyed the stay room was very clean. Breakfast attended was very helpful. The only thing the hot tub was not working at that time other than that it was great.

We were in Tucson for a soccer tournament. The hotel was full because of the tournament. Despite being full, the hotel never felt crowded or noisy. Hotel staff did a great job of keeping the different team's rooms close to each other and keeping up with the service. Breakfast was a little bit of a challenge. After reading the poor reviews on the hotels in the area we booked with Fairfied. Although their ratings were far from great, they were better than the others. We were so pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked in the door! They were ready for us even though we had added an extra day to our reservation. The staff were friendly, very very helpful and […] pleasant throughout our stay. The room was cleaned beautifully each day. The halls and adjoining rooms were quiet, but occupied. The bed was not the very best, but above hotel average. The breakfast area was super clean and neat and the offerings were well above the usual in a meduim priced hotel. Susie was great in the kitchen area! So helpful and friendly to everyone. She also drove the shuttle when needed and never missed a beat for her guests' in the kitchen. She brought out extra things to offer also. Never have seen that before! She made sure that each guest had a holiday greeting each morning and even gave some hugs. Wonderful! We give a big thanks to everyone working at the Fairfield. Great job!! We will be back, and have already bragged about their hotel to friends and family.
