"disappointed"
Really like this brand but this time it was disappointing to have an elevator out of service when you are handicapped and on the second floor. A teacher was conducting swim lessons in the pool so our children couldn't swim in the pool. Since when do local residents get priority over hotel guests? This property probably needs a new manager. There was […] a softball team who occupied the breakfast area long past the breakfast hour while they sat and socialized so other guests had no place to sit for breakfast. "Great staff and amenities. Very comfortable stay."
The hotel is very nice especially for the money. I found it to be very comfortable, roomy, and the bed beats my own bed at comfort hands down.
