Front of house staff were excellent, and faultless very good english the best we have encountered in Germany. Breakfast we were able to negotiate for 9 euro each and was one of the best we have had worldwide the range of juices, smoothies, hot ,cold, breads, teas about 20 plus 6 tealeaf varieties,fruits cheeses,yoghurts, even little tubs of pumkin seeds […] prunes etc about 10 choices awaffle machine with proper maple syrup yummy. We chose the NH hotel as we wanted to be near FABRIK live music venue to see roger chapman a great venue old wharehouse amazing with a crane on top of the building!!!! 5 stops on the no2 bus and walking distance. Altona bus and tube station nearby. No3 bus to Rathaus city centre about 20 mins we bought a 3 day pass that covered all journeys in and around city on tube bus train and it also gave us discounts at numerous venues it paid for itself, and it was only £32.00 for two and for the same price up to 5. The bus and tube service was amazing the no3 to town ran every five minutes always on time they must use tracking as the displays were spot on to the minute every time! Look forward to going to germany soon get one of those tickets! If you want an amazing lunch tea etc go to top floor of alterhaus by lake its like harrods a restuarant/cafeteria that is awesome and incredibly as cheap as the local cafes/bars. Experience was good until receptionist forgot to book my cab to the airport for me from a fixed priced cab service company I requested. I was not too happy since they did not inform me that they had changed their mind to use their in house cab services. Also, don't relay on the free Internet if you have lots of gadgets that need to be connected on […] wifi. You will need individual user ID and passwords for each device; any dip in network connection will mean you have to reenter your login details on all devices which I found frustrating. Extra Service kein Problem, uns entstanden keine extra Kosten für eine Bürste, WLAN sowie auch der Unterbringung unserer Taschen nach dem Auschecken für weitere Stunden bis zum Flug spät Abends. Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend. Als erstes möchten wir uns für den Überragenden Service inkl. eines vergessenen Arikel ,der uns Anstandslos sofort nach Hause gesand wurde , bedanken. DANKESCHÖN. in der Regel sind die Zimmer ab 15Uhr beziehbar. Wir sind gegen 10:30Uhr angekommen und bekamen sofort ein Zimmer, was uns den grossen Vorteil des frisch machen und umziehen ermöglichte.Auch […] sonst ist dre Service On Top. Beim Frühstück bekommt man einen Tisch zugewiesen, was selbst bei hohem Aufkommen prompt erfolgte. Das Frühstück vom Buffet ist sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Direkt vor der Tür sind die Bushaltestellen, je nach dem wo man hin möchte. TIP: Ab 2 Personen unbedingt Gruppen-Tagesticket kaufen. Besser noch Hamburg-Ticket.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die betten nur zu empfehlen, hab selten so gut in fremden Betten geschlafen. Parken war am Hotel kostenlos, wenn man draussen parkt, hab im Innenhof geparkt und das Auto 3 Tage stehen gelassen. Nur zu empfehlen. Et par dejlige dage på hotellet. Formålet var at besøge julemarkeder i Hamborg. Hotellet er fint og alt fungerer godt. Beliggenheden er ikke optimal i forhold til Hamborg Centrum, men der går en buslinje (nr. 3) lige uden for døren. Så det er ikke noget stort problem. Receptionen var meget imødekommende, med oplysninger om Hamborg. Vi blev dog lidt overrasket over at morgenmad åbenbart ikke var med i prisen, til 18 EUR pr. mand blev det lidt et skår i glæden. hallo..ich war drei Tage in dem Hotel..also ich muß wirklich sagen..jeder Zeit wieder..Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit..das Hotel liegt zwar eher ein wenig außerhalb der City..aber der Bus fährt direkt vorm Hotel.ich bin auch von da aus in die City gelaufen..ist auch kein Problem wenn man gut zu Fuß ist..die Zimmen sind sauber und die Betten […] auch wirklich gut..es könnte Nachts etwas laut werden wenn man ein Zimmer hat wo die Fenster zur Hauptstrasse zeigen..aber ich komme gerne wieder :) 詳情Expedia 旅客真實的評價
