Best Western Center Pointe Inn - 布蘭森

I was upset with the hotel only due to the fact I was told I could smoke in my room. So I wasn't perpared to go out in the freezing cold to smoke. When I booked my room I was told I could have a smoking room by Kevin.

Very good location in the middle of Branson. Didn't like that the hotel was several different buildings and had to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was good.

I really appreciated the quick check-in and how courteous the staff was. I noticed they were playing Christian music in the lobby as well as left the Bible open to a passage in the room. Very refreshing. The room itself was very clean and nice. The beds are comfortable. We will be staying there on any return visit to Branson.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was in the center of all the attractions we did (titanic musuem, wax musuem, theaters, and restraunts) and walking distance. When we first arrive we were told our room was not ready and we would have to wait. After being on the road for 8 hours I was not satisfied with that however they did put us in […] a different room. Be aware that some rooms have indoor access and others are motel style with outdoor access. We had to go outside then back in through the hotel to access the indoor pool and breakfast area and it was very cold outside. Didn't care for that so much!! The rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures we say online. The staff was very friendly. The pool stayed open until midnight and was warm and great for kids and adults. The hot tub was right next to the pool so the adults can sit in the hot tub and still keep a close eye on the kids swimming. This hotel was quite a surprise and only in the most positive way possible. Although somewhat unassuming looking from the outside, we were greeted by a very polite and helpful staff. The (full) breakfast was nicely done and tasty, and the pool/sauna/hot tub was great (open until midnigth for late nite hot tub fun). The most positive part of our stay here is the service we received, from polite and helpful folks to the more unseen things such as filling up breakfast items five minutes before closing to ensure selection, to letting folks finish eating before closing down, to offering extra tissues when they say one of our guest had a cold. We had a very enjoable experiance at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find a "towel-animal" on our bed! The room was very clean and comfortable -- lots of fluffy pillows! Very convenient location to all the hot spots in Branson. Easy check-in, check-out service. Pool area was great. Rooms were very nice. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast was included.

The room, shower and bed were comfortable. The only complaint we would have was the tissue box was not filled and the carpet needed vacuumed. We liked that the pool was open all the time. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. It was clean and plenty of towels were available.

Our stay was fine. We did have one complaint. The beds were too small and too soft. Everyone woke up with their backs hurting. Other than that, everything was fine. The continental breakfast was great.

Beds were too soft roll to the middle. Nice room attendant gave us fresh towels and made beds. Working on the hotel from tornado in Feb. A little inconvenience not much. Breakfast was good. The breakfast they offer is fantastic with plenty of choices. The pool was close by the hot tub where we could relax while watching our boys swim. Hotel is close to restaurants, shows, and museums. Good hotel. Bed was so soft I slept in the middle because I was afraid I would roll out of bed, I slept well however. It was clean and everyone was very friendly. The hotel was located in the middle of everything. Breakfast was okay but great since it was included. Will stay again.

The hotel was great, a good location within walking distance to several attractions. There was some confusion at checkin, where the staff wanted me to take two rooms. After check in we enjoyed a nice night in restful surroundings, the room was clean, quiet and confortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, eggs, sausage, waffles, biskets and […] gravy. After breakfast I treated our 3 year old greandaughter to a swim in the indoor pool. After we returned from the pool, our door was knocked on 4 different times by staff that wanted to clean the room. It was very excessive, especially considering that check out is not until 11 and the knocking began around 9:30! There was no appology by the people knocking on the door, only a hurry up expression. Would definitely go back to the Best Western Pointe Center. It is right next to the Titanic exhibit, and on the western end of the strip, conveniently near the Butterfly Palace and Silver Dollar City. Room was clean and quiet, with microwave and frig. Elevator made strange noises.

We got to our hotel about 8pm one evening and heard water running in the bathroom. There was about an inch of water on the floor and had ran into the carpet. We enjoyed our stay vey much. Close to many attractions and easy access to all routes to other popular attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The free breakfasts were also very good. Would stay he again if returning to Branson.

Stayed at the Best Western Centre Pointe Inn Branson MO Sept 2011 for a two week vacation. Arrived late in the evening, checked in given a map to find our room. Would have been nice for someone to show us where to go. Great location to all Theatres, some walking distance away, we did not hire a car, used local taxi. Breakfast was very good and plentiful […] great variety, something to suit everyone. Everyone there were very pleasant and helpful. Booked all our tickets for shows through the booking office there. Best Western Centre Pointe Inn is a fantastic place to stay very clean and comfortable, room cleaned everyday, beds changed every second day First time to Branson we will defenitely be visiting there again. Great Shows not just country music or Gospel, but, Magic Shows Musicals Comedy also Acrobats and lots more. I was very impressed by every theatre we were in, a tribute was paid to all veterns of all the forces, and also every time a gospel song was sang hats were removed. Our top three best shows were Noah the musical, Kirby Vanburch magic show, also Acrobats of China. All shows were good and very good but the three above were excellent. Checked in very late at night, no problem. Pool stays open til Midnight! Great condition, excellent location right on the strip. Comfortable and clean, nice cold a/c. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants comfort & convenience.
