Credit Card machine did not work on three different attempts with three different credit cards.... Had to play deposit with cash from the ATM which charged $4.00 USD fee. Just a bit frustrating.. Good location to all the things to do...

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were dirty. It looked like sinks hand not been cleaned and tub was slippery like it had scum in it. Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold. I'm thinking this was because it had rained the night before and it didn't have time to heat because I've stayed there before and it was nice and warm. Overall […] I'd stay there again. The hotel was well maintained. The bed room and bathroom were very clean. The location provides no view of the beach or Gulf. There is a very long narrow walkway from the property to beach. The entrance to the site is difficult to find inasmuch as the hotel is hidden behind a McDonald's restaurant.. Location near entrance to Island. There are only 2 other hotels on the island that looked nicer, but were double the price. The Hilton Garden and Holiday Inn. For the price and especially if you aren't spending a lot of time in your room. Perfect.

Everything was awesome! Te staff was very helpful and nice. The location was really close to the beach and to a Cvs. The only thing i would change would be more tables for breakfast, but during spring break there are going to be a lot of people there. Highly recommend it!

The receptionist was very friendly. Great location. The room needed a cleaner carpet. There was no iron and when we asked for one he had to look for one that worked. Got to the room, no ironing board! I also noticed that the exterior door had a broken lock, not very safe. Our room cards did not work when we got back after our meeting. Carpeting in room was very dirty, soiled, matted and stained. Carpeting in hallway was new. Mold, carpet stain, musty Odor in room was overwhelming.

Every thing was clean except the shower curtain was not long enough when it was pulled to one end of the rod there was not enough length to reach the opposite end,.The staff was courteous and efficient and did their job efficiently. it was hard to find (behind a t-shirt shop) but the room was large and nice. breakfast was good but there were few tables-you can just take it to your room.

we stayed mid-august, entire floor smelt like smoke.. people partying till all hours. We had our two children with us and they had the nerve to tell us it was our room that reeked of smoke and charged us an additional $100 the next day with-out telling us. *Comfortable Beds, private access to beach, clean rooms, helpful staff, quiet, big rooms, fair prices for stay. The breakfast was a little mediocre, but hey what do you expect for FREE! I would recommend this to friends.

Comfortable beds and room temp, although comforter was dirty in spots. Otherwise, room was clean. The breakfast area was very crowded and hard to get around in. Could not find a space to eat breakfast both days. Beach access was through a very long and narrow corridor.

Pros: Clean Friendly Staff modern rooms Cons: Lots of kids at pool, went with my girlfriend for a mini vacation and thought it would be a great couple getaway but found out it is more of a family hotel. Also the hot tub wasnt hot just warm and no bubbles :l Overall all it was a great experience would recommend to other people

We liked the hotel and we were happy to be in this hotel. The beach is in walking distance. I listened to a friend of mine to go to this hotel and we were happy with the choice. Would be nicer if it is not so expensive in the future.

Staff was nice and hotel was clean. Breakfast was really good. Wish they had pool towels always available, we had to go to the front each time. Did not matter the time of day we needed them. They were doing some maintenance and cleaning on our stay. Just a small walk to access the beach.

My sisters and I stayed for 3 nights. It was very clean. No complaints at all with the hotel, except that it is hard to find from the main street. We wished that they would have had a board walk to the beach. It was kind of hard to go thru the sand and weeds to the beach, but we managed. I would recommend syaying there.

Our balcony "view" was the roof top w/ broken railing. They were out of complimentary toothbrushes, handed me a filthy dirty pillow w/out a pillowcase cover when I asked for one to use w/ our pull out sofa. Whole milk was spoiled in its container during breakfast, & the entire hallway was being carpet cleaned at 9:30 @ night. the rooms are nice and roomy, and very clean. the only downside was the breakfast area, and the food! Small space for sooo many people, and the food was horrible. But, it didn't matter in the end, as I am not a breakfast person, and my room was so very comfortable.

the room vas very small and smel like an open barrel with bleach.we couldnt stay and sleep in the room.the administation advertased a pool, it vas a little spot with a lot of guests. we were realy disapointed.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great. However, the hallway leading to our room smelled musty and wet and so did our room. Ours was a nonsmoking room, but smelled of smoke. As a result, my kids' allergies and asthma to flared up.

Overall was an excellent stay. Quiet. Pool was awesome very clean. Only thing, not near beach, you have to drive and park. Other than that will definitely stay again if the time comes. :)
