The Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport is very convenient for flying out of the airport in the early morning. It is also quite near the Portland Mall area so is easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating and was very helpful and pleasant. Great place to stay. Greeted when we arrived and a quick check-in. Our room looked recently decorated and best of all was clean. It is always an easy in and out from this hotel whether we are flying somewhere or just in town for fun. Breakfast was delicious, the server was delightful. Thank you.

We stayed there the night before we had to take off from the Portland airport. It was litterally right next to the runway. It was nice to be able to be there in less than 5 minutes. The rooms were a little smaller than I was accustomed to with the Hilton chain. The only major issue, if you want to call it that, was (we rented 3 rooms) one of the rooms […] kept having issues with the room card. I would swipe it and it would work and then the next time it wouldn't work again. We got to be on first name basis with the desk staff. :) Outside of that, it was wonderful. The staff was very helpful at check in. They had one room reserved for the 3d floor with the other 2 on the lower level. They quickly changed that and we were on our way! 詳情

For the money, this is not a first rate hotel. I couldn't believe the amount of repairs needed for this quality Hotel chain. There was mold in pool; wallpaper in hallway peeling and coming down; there was no grounds cleaning, so ashtrays were full outdoors surrounding the hotel; there was a cup (half full of what looked like coffee) near an outdoor […] chair that sat there the entire stay of mine, for 5 days. The cleanliness was less than satisfactory - and I cannot imagine a hotel with the amount paid and the Hilton name being so poorly maintained. The staff was adequate, however, they did not go out of their way to be available. I will not stay at this hotel again and will not refer...and for that matter, I'm not certain I will use Hotel.com either. I was thoroughly disappointed and shocked. Had I not been locked in by the rates from Hotel.com, I would have turned my back and left just as quickly as I could from this hotel. Sincerely, 詳情

The hotel seemed tired--peeling wallpaper, spotted ceilings--and I thought it was overpriced given its condition. The shampoo was nice but I think a complimentary breakfast would have been appropriate. It was convenient to the airport.
