Overall it was excellent esp the free shuttle to Irish Fest. The shuttle was allowed to stay available after 10 pm to midnight, a great help as the featured band did not start until 9:15. The reason I rated cleanliness of room lower was that one of the mattresses was wet and you would think the cleaning person would or should have noticed that. I've stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns and have had great experiences. This time I was very disappointed. Check in was easy and efficient. When we entered the room I noticed that there was still trash in the bins from someone's previous stay. Had to track down housekeeper three different times - no coffee with the coffee pot, only a few sheets of toilet […] paper left on the roll, and only one bath towel. The beds were very uncomfortable - even after adjusting the knob. The room temperature could not be controlled - if we didn't have the air-conditioning on (too cold) then the room temperature was 78 degrees! It could not be adjusted with the thermostat. And one last thing, the bathroom sink filled up and took forever to drain. This motel needs to really work to match the standards of other Hilton Garden Inns! 詳情

The Hotel was in a good location for shopping and restaurants. Close to all outdoor activities.

Location a bit goofy, especially arriving at night. Bed was so-so comfy but pitched to the middle like a drainage ditch. Drunks and kids of drunks yelling and thumping on walls and floor around us til late at night. Noisy and disruptive- management ineffective at best in quieting things down for the non-drunks. Seemed more like some cheap roadhouse […] in that respect than a Hilton- and it wasn't all that cheap. The service was great and the location. The room was comfortable except for the bed. It must of been an old foam mattress that really was uncomfortable to sleep in.

Beds were a little lumpy, but bedding was comfortable and the room was spacious. Bathroom was also a nice size. Overall the hotel was very beautiful inside. It had snowed a few days earlier and the sidewalks and parking lot were not very well cleaned up. There was no way into the hotel without walking through snow.

The hotel service was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfy. Loved the super soft comforter and squishy pillows. The pool was great, but the hot tub smelled bad. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the rate.

The hotel was perfect for our winter get away. The kids enjoyed the pool. My son left a stuffed animal there and housekeeping was able to locate and FedEx back to us. The service and follow up was fantastic.

Nice central location in Oshkosh. The hotel staff were very friendly. Housekeeping was only set up to clean the rooms for the morning period and since we were sleeping in got towels but no option to have them return later to make up the rooms. Everything was great except the pool was closed on arrival. The service was amazing and they opened the pool after all. My only complaint was the the pool water, although hyper chlorinated, was weirdly murky...but that didn't stop my 4-yr old daughter from having fun in it!

I work for airline so travel often and stay in a lot of different hotels. The staffs in this hotel are amazingly nice and accommodated!!! We love this Hotel. We have stayed here in the past, and will continue to. It is fairly close to U.W. Oshkosh, where our son goes to school and plays football. So we have plenty of opportunities in the next 4 years to be enjoying it again. :)

Didn't look like anyone had cleaned under the beds for some time. That was a little upsetting, used kleenex, dirt, etc. There were 6 of us in 2 rooms and we enjoyed the connecting rooms but in the morning 3 went down to the lobby for something to drink while the others slept and they were charged $8 for 3 glasses of OJ and a cinnamon roll. We were there for a UW Oshkosh football game. The rooms were very clean and our family - especially the grandchildren - enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and extra towels and glasses were readily supplied.

A lot of money for a place that really didn't wow me. Probably could have stayed somewhere for 1/2 the price and got the same Ammonites. Just did not meet me expectations for a supposedly 4 star hotel. They charge you for everything besides some also coffee. Wouldn't pay that price again for staying there.

Very clean and very comfortable. Beds are very nice, rooms high quality. Stay at this hotel for weddings almost annually, and am never disappointed. I do wish the kitchen was open later for room service but other than that, there is a pantry where you can buy food and make in you room.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was the women we talked to at the front desk was rude. Country USA was done the street and she could not give us any information on it. When we booked the room we were told the hotel had a shuttle running back and forth, we asked about it and she told […] us they decided to stop running it. Our air conditioner was a noisy wall unit that couldn't get our room below 77 degrees all night (it was about 75 overnight outside). Otherwise it was a nice place to stay - friendly staff, clean and quiet and close to our where we wanted to be. A good value.

Breakfast is not included...a little deceiving as they have a typical hotel breakfast set up in the lobby. But it is extra.
