Best Western At O'Hare - 芝加哥

The hotel is under renovation, which would have been good to know prior to making a paid in advance reservarion. The bottom floor was torn up and the entire hotel & my room smelled of mold. In addition the carpet was terribly dirty to the point where I could not walk on it barefoot. Disgusting! I would have moved to another hotel, but since I had prepaid […] that wasn't an option. I did change rooms, with no improvement. How it rated 3 stars is hard to understand. Stay away! 詳情

The hotel was not gorgeous but simple and clean. I was satisfied with the service, hardware, etc. We felt sorry for the flood damage, and sinecerly wish all the best to them.

Wow, this hotel was a little tricky to find, but worth it once you got there. The rooms were very comfortable, loved the mattress/bedding - slept great! Nice place, minus the huge parking charge.

We stayed at this Best Western twice in August, due to pre-pays, but were shocked to find it was under a massive construction project for renovation. Hotel was decent, once we got switched to a renovated room and carried our luggage up two flights, because the elevator was under construction.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. I needed to keep my room two hours beyond the standard check-out time, and they were willing to accommodate me. Most hotels I've stayed in would not have been willing to do that. I would definitely stay here again.

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. We didn't plan on staying here, however, our originial hotel was pathetic. It's elevators weren't working and we needed it for a wheelchair. The first floor was under construction, so they decided to move us to this hotel. It was well worth the price, considering we definitely didn't pay the normal cost.

I have stayed here quite a few times. The staff working at the hotel are Very Good. They have fixed up the hotel appearance. This time, however, they had a group of young travelers and the room above me was loud well into the middle of the night. I would stay here again, however.

The service and hotel service HORRIBLE. The receptionists was dressing like she h=just got of bed, very rude and unprofessional. My room was hot and the air didn't work had to call a few times and complain about it the carpet was wet and had some weird smell. I would NEVER EVER stay at this place. Horrible service, horrible rooms, etc...

Very close to airport, quiet, clean rooms. Very comfortable. Just needed a room for the nite.

This hotel was what you should expect for the price: it was not the best hotel I have ever stayed in by any means, nor the worst. It was clean and safe with a quick drive to the city. I was quite happy with it for the price and convenience.

We were pleased with this hotel. We were on a 8 hour layover at O'Hare between flights and decided not to sit in the airport. Best Western offered 24 hours shuttle and a reasonable price for being near the airport. Check in check out was fast. The service desk employees were friendly and worked efficiently. We did check in and out at an unusual hour […] so there were no lines or waiting. The shuttle bus operator assisted with the luggage and took us right up to the terminal. Excellent experience coming & going with convenient meals/services/area. Only issue was A/C stayed on all time & blew mostly on us. But will stay here next time!!!

Hotel was fine, close to O'Hare airport. However, upon returning from our trip to Europe, we were unable to get the free shuttle service to the hotel. We waited 30 minutes and none came. We then tried to call the direct line to that hotel and found it was not in service at that time. We tried 2 times to call and received the same answer. So we had to […] take a cab and ended up paying $20.00 When arriving at the hotel we explained our problem and they denied there was a problem with the phone line. When I asked for some compensation for having to pay to take a cab I was told I had to have a receipt for the cab fare. Which I never expected to need. I know they saw us pull up in a cab and told them so. As I didn't remember the name of the cab company they refused to give us any kind of compensation except a free drink at the bar. This is the last thing I wanted at that time. I think it is an unacceptable way to treat their guests. Although they did apologize and did help us with our luggage, I feel some type of rebate should have been offered. The room was otherwise ok. Also, we did get a free continental breakfast the next morning and a free ride to the airport the next day. 詳情

We stayed at Best Western O'Hare because we wanted a place to sleep. We also wanted easy access to the L train. So I have to say of all the people waiting for hotel shuttles are seemed to be the most frequent running one. It was a great deal because we were really only there to sleep and eat breakfast. The beds were not the best but for a few nights […] they were not horrible. The neighborhood was fine because it was just the hotel and shopping/eating areas from what we could see. Everyone was friendly and we were often with airline staff in the shuttle to the hotel. I would recommend it for someone who doesn' t want to mess with parking and traffic in Chicago. Of course if you have small children you may want to just pay the extra to stay in the city and walk everywhere. Our daughter is 10 so she was fine to ride the L and buses. I reccomend getting a pass from CTA and save yourself a boatload depending on how much travel you plan on doing. OH and the Go Chicago card was GREAT! 詳情

only room was clean and nice all other stuff even service, staff not coopreative, front dusk pple suck, carpet on lobby is dirty and all rooms lobbies carepet r dirty and hot, no AC. will be never stay any best western again

My husband and myself have always been extremely satisfied with Best Western, Always clean, which is most important on our list. And the staff is alwlays very efficient.

I gave this a low review. I was travelling with my two young children from Sacramento, coming in late after a long flight. I waited for the hotel shuttle while I watched every other brand name shuttle come and go for at least 30 minutes. I even called and they assured me one was imminent. I finally gave up and took a cab. Then the first room they assigned […] me was locked from the inside...the key wouldn't work. Once I finally got a room, it was clean and comfortable. But the hotel is obviously not in the best shape. Restaurant was decent and convenient...but with kids it was not the best experience. 詳情

Nice clean hotel located near O'Hare airport. Appreciated free airport shuttle pick up although had to wait 20 minutes for ride. A good place to stay for a day or two between flights.

Staff is very good. I have stayed there often and will continue to. Convenient to Expressways and Blue Line to Chicago.

Best Western in Rosemont, Il was very convenient, quiet and clean. It is located near resturants, shopping and the interstate. Beds weren't the best but surfice. Wasn't bad for the price. I would recommend.

I was nervous about staying here but the room was clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend for a one-night stayover. Obviously not a scenic area (hotels near the airport seldom are), but for the price it was more than satisfactory.

Hotel is good with basic needs but Breakfast part wants some improvements otherwise worth

Convenient to O'Hare and Rosemont Convention Center with Shuttle Service. Reasonably priced. Room was quiet. Necessary services available. Busy suburban multi-lane roads mostly without sidewalks so not much to do outside the hotel in the immediate neighborhood.

I'll keep this short. -Close proximity to the Airport that includes a free shuttle. -Clean Room. -A little outdated and in need of some minor room renovations, including new televisions. (Adult television ... I mean Sports is better on Hi-Def - Join the 21st century Best Western) -Friendly Staff. -Comfortable bed. -Not a single gunshot heard, so based […] on this, I am thinking it was a pretty decent area. ...Last but not least (but very importantly) there is a great sports pub (Shoeless Joe's) that is connected to the hotel that has more flat screens than I have ever seen in one location. 詳情

Though not the prettiest looking lodging from the street, the inside is well kept, room clean and beds very comfortable. The free breakfast could be set up better, but that's not what we were there for. Shuttle from hotel takes you to the metro stop (at O'Hare) where you can catch a fast 20 min train to downtown.

The shuttle from O'Hare does not go to the international terminal unless you explicitly tell them to do so.

Overall a good location if you want to get to the airport and although it wasn't anything fancy, it got the job done. Staff was friendly and helpful and there was no noise from the airplanes which was a concern.

Great sports bar and restaurant attached to hotel, the staff was very helpful for directions and very conveniant with airport shuttle to airport!

Unclean, outdated and in disrepair. Happy it was only for one night. The pictures are NOT accurate. No amenities, staff unfriendly.

The bed was not as soft as I would have liked and the bathtub drained somewhat slowly, but when those are the only complaints you have about a cheap hotel, you know you've picked a good one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.
