Royal Hideaway Playacar All Inclusive - 卡曼海灘

the Playacar came recommended as a great resort. It was and then some. Very personalized all inclusive service. The big surprise was the food, a rarity at most Mexico resorts. The Hideaway chef is under review for the coveted Michelin top rating, and the four or so restaurants all deliver the best in cuisine, be it regional Mexican, Italian, Thai/Sushi […] or Continental. We had the best time. Love this hotel. I have never been treated so well nor seen such helpful and happy staff. We never wanted for anything! Berdadino was especially helpful and looked after all our needs at the beach and the deck! Go, it is a beautiful hotel and a very relaxing vacation.

The hotel room, grounds and service were all impeccable. The location was perfect - walking distance to town and lovely beachfront. The people were gracious and friendly. The only negative, but it is a significant one, is that the food quality was far below what we expected for the price and 5 diamond rating of this all inclusive resort. There was little if any authentic regional cusinne, even at Spices, which was described as a Mexican restaurant. The fish and in particular the shrimp did not seem fresh, and the standard menu item beef was a very low grade. The wait staff did everything possible to correct the problem and were very kind in offering subsitutions on the meat, which was better. But unfortunately overall it was still a very poor day to day dining experience. 詳情

My wife and I had a great time here. it is in a great location and the service was unbelievable. Highly recommended and will come again. Food was not amazing but satisfying.

This was our first stay at the Royal Hideaway in Playcar....honeymooners.....we are coming back later this year! One word to describe the attendance of staff and quality of service....... Excellence! This resort is a true gem amongst treasured island getaways.

Very relaxing beautiful hotel. Not the place if you want to party. But if you want to relax enjoy good food and be pampered this is a great place!

Everything about this hotel is first class. The restaurants on the property were fabulous and the staff at the hotel was very sweet and hospitable. My daughter and I had a wonderful five days there.

We had one goal and that was to relax. The Royal Hideaway delivered on that goal and exceeded our expectations. The facilities were great, the beach was beautiful, and the service was excellent. We loved that you could walk into Playa de Carmen, but you had the security and peacefulness of a private resort away from the hustle and bustle. The best experience in ALL INCLUSIVE hotel. I would recommend to anyone wanting time to relax and be pampered. The service was great, I could not have asked for anything better.
