The staff was fantastic. They deserve praise for all their efforts. The unit assigned to us was very 'tired and worn', a remanent of the '70's. Then I was on phone with hotel.com for 30 minutes + to cancel balance of reservation, and another room magically appeared. Not smoked in, but dirty. "First Timer for Jameson. Now I am a regular customer"
After a 12 hour drive, I found the staff to be very pleasant, the room clean, the breakfast very good. After another 14 hour day of road work, I needed to remain in town another night. The room was very clean, but not as comfortable as it could have been (mattress was VERY firm, blankets very thin, even with the heat on it was more chilly than I cared for in the early morning).
