Mantra on Kent - 悉尼 ( 雪梨)

The hotel can be hard to find but the customer service was excellent. The bed that I slept on was far more comfortable than the bed at the Sofitel two weeks earlier.

I found my stay convenience to the city and darling harbour the only thing was to upgrade the blow waver I would stay there again...

-Near to Darling Harbour and Town Hall station. We didn't need to spend much time to travel around -Appreciate for providing the kitchen wares, washing machine -Staff are nice and helpful -Will be better if there is more lighting and a larger size of TV -Recommend to stay

Excellent location halfway between the Rocks/Circular Quay and Chinatown. 1 bedroom apartment was a good size with a nice klitchen. A bigger TV would have been good and the bathroom needs a make over (it was clean). Staff very friendly.

Staff was efficent and friendly but it was a cold night and the heater in the room wasn't working at all. The staff brought us up a portable heater and extra doonas but we had taken my mother in law up to Sydney for her 80th birthday, paid big bucks for the hotel accomodation and no heater. She felt cold. But the staff were awesome;)

We stayed at the Mantra on Kent Street for one night in March 2011 in a one bedroom deluxe apartment. At check in, everything seemed fine and we were happy with the ease of it all. Having said this, we were disappointed that the front desk staff didn't explain any parking information, just to 'park next door at the public car park'. Upon entering […] our room, the set up was a bit strange, it was a one bedroom apartment, but only because there were sliding doors that cornered the bedroom off from the kitchen/lounge. Mattress, pillows and blankets were dirty, making us very anxious of bed bugs. The room was stuffy and the air con didn't help. The view was of the filthy apartments across from the hotel. You could see right into the neighboring building's lounge rooms. The tv was tiny and had poor picture quality. Everything was just ok. We tried not to spend too much time in the room in the end and left early in the morning. What really topped off our stay was we we went to get our car it cost $60!! For a one over night stay! We were there less than 24 hours. The hotel really should offer a discount rate for guests. The location was good, easy walk to Darling Harbour and Pitt Street. In all, there are better places to stay on Kent Street. We won't go back. 詳情

Internet is hugely over priced @ 25 AUD per day, plus don't have wireless access which was not ideal for working from the hotel room. Besides that good location, hotel is basic but comfortable.

Location - OK, Room - Ok, Value for money - OK.........BUT.......tired rooms, no bar, no gym, no pool, nowhere to sit and take in the wonderful surrounds or weather. Pleasantly surprised with the large size of the room. The bathroom was a bit small...pretty crowded with the washer/dryer in there, but free use of washer/dryer, so I can't complain. The bathroom does get pretty wet whenever you take a shower. And the washer/dryer was pretty large. Loved the rest of the room...so nice after staying in small rooms.

third time staying at hotel and plan to stay here again next year. convenient location to darling harbor and QV center. nice walk to circular quay. great & filling buffett breakfast to get you started with your day.
