The only room that was open was a hot tub sweet, that was actually a small jut tub/ shower. It was located it bedroom. Not very private when we showered the next morning. Plus the noise coming from other drains kept the baby up all night. I will not recommend staying at a best western.

we needed a pet friendly hotel for a night and for $10 they are pet friendly. front facing rooms are subject to highway noise and seems that most of NS kings are on that side. room was clean and bed ok, surrounding area is not scary but ugly.

The peep hole in my room was stuffed with a piece of toilet paper rolled up, because it had been busted out. There was also way too much noise to sleep. I was VERY dissatisfied with the quality of the room. I have stayed in hotel rooms that were normally pricy per night, and the quality matched the price. This was supposed to be a discounted price, […] but the quality was that of a cheap motel room. In addition to the poor condition of the room, the breakfast in the morning was terrible. I told the manager that I was not satisfied with the rate or the room. He just said that it is "supply and demand". However, there were plenty of other hotels available that night. I just chose this one, because I thought it would be a step above the others. Guess the expensive price fooled me into thinking that it was a nice room. 詳情

Clean room, bed was comfortable. Outside of building is in need of some repair. There is a storage building in back that someone has hit and the shed is an eyesore. Clothes scattered around parking lot with a pair of shoes and some trash around the facility. Management needs to do a walk around each day to clean up the mess. Back door security card […] scanner didn't work all of the time. Had to swipe the card 5 times to get into the building in the back. Price was pretty high but NCAA football in town sometimes warrant higher prices. 詳情

We recently spent 63 days criss crossing the Northwestern and Southwestern portions of the country. We stayed on about 45 motels/hotels and this was the second best (only surpassed by the Alyeska resort and it was three times as expensive). The bathroom was exceptiona dn so was the bedroom. The hotel was ok. No major compliants.

Somehow we were put in a smoking room, but after we aired it out, it wasn't so bad. The smokers' hallway was pretty stinky.....but that's just smokers! The hotel was clean and pretty convenient.

Enjoyed my stay very much. The room was comfortable & clean.

Staff was very helpful and courteous in finding another room when the other room I booked had a heavy chemical smell and again when the next room we tried had same smell. Moved to a third room that was very satisfactory. Hot breakfast was good. Easy to find and get back to.

Satisfied with room, bed & breakfast, but the outside surrounding areas need attention. Also saw large dogs inside the establishment. I do not know if these are allowed. This sort of turned me off!

I was impressed with the quality of the hotel and room for the low price. Very nice!

The stay was horrible. The staff was very unfriendly and all the rooms smelled of cigarettes, even the ones with non-smoking. There was no hot water, stains on the sheets, not enough parking. Don't stay here unless you like to be miserable.

A very friendly property that is well maintained and the staff is polite and considerate. They were very accomodating to us for our pets as well

Our room was filthy, one bed had blood stains and the other had unidentified stains. There were blood stains on the bed skirts. When asked to have the new sheets, the desk attendant was rude about changing the sheets. The second day of our stay, cleaning products were left in the room for us to deliver to the front desk. Stayed a year ago for Parents' Weekend and it was a decent place. This year, it's run-down and needs attention and a good cleaning. The room smelled musty (the AC unit was operational but not very good) and overpoweringly of Pine-Sol. Even my clothes smelled when I got home. It was a disappointment. Most definitely worth the rate we were charged.

We came in town for the Texas game and had our kids. Most of the hotels in town were booked to we were stuck here. As soon as we walked in, the room was musty and smelled like urine. We luckily were able to find another hotel but they still charged us for the night even though we were only there for an hour. Gross!

Room was clean and air worked well. Beds really hard and sheets were a bit itchy. Bathroom was small and a bit noisy.

Can't recommend this place as it has no relation to the description to the hotel in regards to cleanliness and non-smoking rooms.
