Extended Stay America San Jose - South - Edenvale - 聖荷西

Main reception closed at 11:00pm. Doors locked and the after hours staff could not find my reservation. Finally found the reservation in another building of the Hotel. Then to cap it off, no shampoo in the room.

this hotel was awesome for the price! room was simple, clean and had a flatscreen TV. the kitchen was great and saved us a lot of money on eating out and there's a supermarket right across the street. enconters with the staff weren't that great but we'll still definitely stay here next time we're in san jose!

Starbucks across the street and Lucky's supermarket make it easy to get settled in.

The beds were not comfortable no housekeeping. I would not stay there again.

We stayed on this hotel for a night on our trip to southern California. We have a small dog and they accomodate our pet. The place is very clean and comfortable for a night stay. There are shops around and it is very close to 101. Our room didn't have a blow dryer and not enough soap and shampoos for a family of three!

The morning after our night stay there was construction workers in the hall way. All you heard was there talking. I got up to take a shower and there was no shower curtain hanging. This was a bad stay for me and friend.. I will be notifying my co-workers this is not a place to stay at while traveling

Terrible - bad customer service and they did not want to provide the true of room I reserved for my father and disabled brother.

The bed was super hard and the pillows were flat.

Upon checking in I was told that I would be required to pay $4.98 for wi-fi per night. This combined with no breakfast in the morning, I will not be staying at this property again.

The Room was very clean, wasn't missing anything, the ice trays in the freezer had ice ready for use. convenient location( two freeways less than five minutes away) 85 & 101. Lucky grocery store & restaurants across the street, great value compared to any other hotel in san jose

I needed a place to sleep for a short time. I found this place. It was relatively close. All good so far. The place was an efficiency studio. That seemed good. BUT I have to turn on the wall heater. I smelled like something was burning. I checked the air return and it was FULL of dirt/lint. Okay the smell went away. BUT the refrigerator cycled on and […] off. It was loud. I was awoken at 2:30 once again and could not sleep. After about an hour I decided to just leave. Now I might come back to this place in a pinch but I will check out the refrigerator noise for sure. two nights, cheep for the money. Hotel needs some updating. The elevator made a loud bang when going too the third floor. The bedsheets in my non-smoking room had cigaratte burns. Will stay at Extended Stay deluxe next door next time if $$ permits.

They had no toilet tissue in the hotel at all....said were expecting some the next day. Nothing was brought to my room. I bought some for myself that first evening. Front desk staff remarked that people wanted everything for free.

AC and heat works great! TV was analog 19 inch version. Room was quaint and comfortable but could be modernized. Personnel were hospitable. Some areas could use painting inside and hallways as well as room doors. Carpets in hallways over worn

I was in town visiting family and friends in SJ. I was a convienient location and I got a good price on Hotels.com. I was there for 3 nights, 4 days, so the only thing that was kind of a bummer was, the hotel didn't supply a blow dryer in the room, or any extra little toiletries such as a toothbrush, and when I needed new towels I had to go to the front […] desk with my old towels, rather than them coming to the room. Convenient to Freeways Close to shopping

A visible and crusty stain was on the carpet right near the foot of the bed. There was animal fur on the room's only chair. The blanket had what appeared to be cigarette burn holes in it. The shower did not work. Finally, although the room was marked non-smoking, clearly someone had been smoking in the room very recently.

it is what it is.. Has a fridge, stove, shower, TV, (rock hard) bed that was sleepable. Reminded me of staying in the dorms. For somewhere to lay my head before going to garlicfest, it fit the bill.

Overall not satisfied. Staff wasn't very helpful or friendly. TV and wireless were problematic. Halls smelled of smoke... Hairs left in shower. Location was great as was the neighborhood. . Not recommended.

and...if you have a pet ...they make you stay on the 3rd floor...this is ridicuoulsssss !!

but there are a lot of people living there. but its a nice place with good people. nice area and restaurants.

The hotel was dirty, the quality was below a sleazy motel and the staff was rude.

The room was VERY clean, but the mattress on the bed was absolutley the worst. The room was nice since it came with a kitchette to use. I'd return again, but wish they'd buy some new softer mattresses.

We were pleased with the hotel although the beds are so hard as to be uncomfortable. We started out in a room next to the elevators (111) but asked to be moved to another one as it was very noisy. I think people in 211 also moved.

The room was clean, basic and simple. If you're looking to safe money - this hotel will work for you.

Close to stores and malls. Walls are too thin, can hear screaming kids next door. Staff very accomodating and helpful.
