The front desk people where very rude and tried to beat me out my money and charge me a a sepearte hotel fee after I already paid Hotels.com. When I stated that I will not pay his seperate fee he yelled at me and called the police on me. They are the most rude greedy and unprofessonal hotel I ever stayed at beware!! Just what I needed.

Very clean room and hotel overall. Bed comfy (pillows weren't as soft but they gladly gave more pillows and the additional pillows were surprisingly soft). Breakfast was decent, with waffle maker. TV was flat screen despite what the pictures look like.

rooms were comfy and clean. front desk mostly helpful only an issue when I asked for extra pillows and she said ask housekeeping & they didn't speak english well so there was a little confusion. but otherwise a wonderful hotel. I stay there around twice a month because bowling, walmart and lots of restaurants close.

I stayed there for 3 days and for all 3 days I received dirty towels. I called everyday telling them that the towels were dirty (visibly dirty..brown spots everywhere) and they told me that the stains were permanent and they were washed. I ended up having to go to the Walmart down the street to buy a towel to use. The light in the bathroom flickered […] constantly. I have epilepsy so this was an obvious trigger. I told them about it and they said they wouldn't move me to another room or get the light fixed. You can hear the highway noise from the rooms. 詳情

Our room was good for the price. We weren't expecting anything over the top. The room had a nice layout and was comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The neighborhood isn't the best, but it's located just off the fwy will easy access to things we wanted to do. Overall, good for the money.

The sheets had blood on them, it was filthy and disgusting. The staff was rude and made inappropriate comments.

The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and roomy. The continental breakfast was good. The front desk clerk was very helpful and eager to please. The hotel was in a great spot close the mall, major eating restaturants and stores.

I stay here whenever I'm in the area. It is clean, the staff friendly, & the rooms are comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants close a couple in walking distance. There's a bowling ally in the parking lot & a Walmart across the street.

Rude about the breakfast rules due to waste and mess unable to take back to your room. Expect you to eat in front of them. Never stay there again.

We were looking for a budget hotel with a little better-than-average reputation. The hotel was fine. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The heat was effective and quiet. The walls are paper thin, as noted in other reviews, and this is really our only complaint.

Older hotel but it has been redone. Easy on and off 635 with a good mix of places to eat and a Wal-mart 200 yards away. This hotel was older but the price was good the people were nice and it was very convienent. I would not want to spend a vacation there but for a night or two it works well.

Exactly what I wanted for my family. Enough room for my kids to have their own space. Loved the fridge and microwave.

Great rooms. I stay here often. Only complaint is that when i told the night clerk at front desk toilet was about to overflow she handed me a plunger.
