This hotel's services are quite poor actually. The WiFi singal weak and most of time can't work or too slow. Breakfast has few choose and almost never change. Not recommand this hotel.

Our family including 8 people staying in the hotel for 7 days. A lot of the reviews say the location is "the best." In a way it is because it has all the fancy shopping and restaurants. But in a way it is not because I didn't travel 24 hours from NYC to shop at Chanel, etc. You are near enough to the major local market (Ben Tranh) but you are in the high end, corporate, ex pat area. I would have preferred to be […] more amongst the locals, but I guess they are a near enough walk away. The hotel is very clean and lovely. The staff's English isn't that great, but they are nice enough and try really hard to be helpful. One more thing- if you want the breakfast, pay for it in advance (you have the option when you book). We did not and it ended up being $10/person (not a lot for westerners, but exorbitant for a place where you can get dinner for 2 for $10) for a very mediocre mostly Chinese food buffet. If you are a business traveler or a tourist who likes amenities (gym, spa) this is a great place. If you want more of a local, intimate feel, try elsewhere. 詳情

Completely enjoyed my stay in this luxury hotel. I would have given it all "5"'s except for the bathroom shower. Kind of a strange set up that drives all the water to the bathroom floor. Otherwise, loved the location, conventience, the room.

Had checked into superior room and there's no view, The small window is facing the spiral staircase and a wall. The washroom needs a major upgrade especially the bathub area. Moved to this hotel as I got a really bad experience from Palace hotel. I was assigned to a smoking room on 10F but changed to 7F a newer , non-smoking room under my request. The room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner has lots of variety.

ドンコイ通りに面しているので、ロケーションは最高でした。部屋のエアコンの効きがおかしく、冷やしたいのに熱気がこもるというおかしな空調になっていたのが残念でした。それを除けばとてもよいホテル。

ドンコイ通りに面し、シェラトンのすぐそばという立地的には非常に便利。しかしながら、ホテル自体が古いため、防音はできていない、部屋が古い、フロントスタッフの質が高くない、と決して褒められたものではない。とはいえ、三ツ星だとこんなものか。観光目的だと満足度は低くないような気がする。

利便性は抜群です。ｾﾌﾃｲーボックスが故障していて使えなかった。スタッフの対応は良好。窓をあけると非常階段のところで窓を開けられなかった。

喫煙ルームの希望で申し込みをしていたのに手配がされていなかった。部屋の変更を申し入れると満室との事で面倒くさいのに翌日部屋を変えてもらう事になる。しかもその部屋がとても狭く 同じ価格とは思えない状況に驚いてしまった。 便利な場所にあるだけであまり良いとは言い難い。ただし、レストランにはとても親切で感じの良い 男性スタッフがいて気持ちは少し救われた。

このホテルは出張で数回目。今まで特に大きな問題もなかったが、（WIFIが届く部屋、届きにくい部屋の差が気になったくらい。） 今回同僚と２人で宿泊することになった為私の名前で２部屋予約。 自分はｴｸｽﾍﾟﾃﾞｨｱで予約し、同僚分は後日に後払いにて①部屋予約。（予約番号も発行） だがいざフロントに到着すると①部屋しかありませんとの事。同僚の名前では予約されていないから入れないだって。。。発行された予約番号（印刷して）見せてもダメ･･･何コレ・・？番号で部屋が管理されてない！ 予約番号って何の意味があるんだ･･･すべて名前だけで管理されてるからコレ同姓同名の人がいたらグレード変わっちゃったりすごい問題あるよね・・・？ あげくの果てには予約をやり直せとｼﾞｪｽﾁｬｰでバカにした態度。結局もう一部屋そ […] の場で取り直し宿泊。 中身が原始的過ぎて引きました。さすがベトナム!!ここにもう泊まる事はないでしょう。 詳情

今回一人旅でスーペリアに3泊しました。ホテルライフを楽しみにしていらっしゃる方にお勧めするようなラグジュアリーなホテルではありませんが、ドンコイ通りという買い物、観光、食事とほとんど全てに便利な立地でこの安さで泊まれるのは最高です。 窓からの景色は見えませんでしたが、部屋の掃除も行き届いており、観光でほとんど寝泊まりするだけの私には十分快適に過ごせるホテルでした。 朝食のバイキングも種類もあり、美味しかったです。特にその場で作って頂けるフォーはまた食べたいです。 また、ここのホテルのスタッフは皆フレンドリーでとても親切です。帰国する日のフライトが夜遅かった為、レイトチェックアウトをお願いしたところ、色々相談に乗ってくれ、15時まで無料で受けてくれました（いつも受けているわわけではありません） […] 。その後も空港に向かうまでの観光をしている時間、スーツケースをずっと預かっていてくれたり、行きたい場所を案内してくれたりと、とても助かりました。日本人の方も多く見かけましたので、利用されてる方が多いのだなと思います。またSGNに来た時には是非利用したいです。 詳情

このサイトで安く予約できたので、スタンダードルームを予約したところ、窓のない部屋に通された。あまりの閉塞感に、部屋を変えてくれといったところ、一泊20ドル払えば窓のある部屋にかえられるとのこと。数日泊まるし、ホテルでやる仕事もあったので、変更してもらった。ドンコイ通りに面しているので、若干うるさいが、それでも窓のない部屋に比べると格段によく、また、部屋自体も新しくきれいだったので、ぜったい窓のある部屋をおすすめします。サービスもまあ普通だし、バスルームも広いし、なんといっても場所が便利。ただ、滞在中、問題が４つばかりおきました。一つは、部屋を変更したことがうまくつたわっていなかったのか、とつぜん他の宿泊客を案内したボーイが入ってきたこと。２つめは、明け方に、警報がなったとかで、これまたチャイ […] ムでおこされ、部屋のなかを点検されたこと。3つめは、最後の日に巨大なゴキブリがでたこと。それから、最後の夜に、誰かがチャイムを2回ならし、ただたどしい日本語で「たすけて」といってきたこと。ただのいたずらだったのか、なにか目的があったのかわかりませんが。当然無視しましたが、その日の夜は怖くてねむれませんでした。値段に比べてるとロケーションもいいし、ホテルの部屋も悪くないけれど、そういったことを鑑みると、完全に安全で快適なホテル、というわけではないです。 詳情

立地についてはドンコイ通りにあり，申し分ありません。ただ，フロントの対応はまだまだホスピタリティという面ではかなり改善の余地ありと思います。しかし，この対応は１０年前から変わりませんので期待は薄いかも・・・。立地と値段を考えると我慢できる範囲内です。

7月1日から3泊しました。 ロケーションも良く、普段利用している「コンチネンタルホテル」よりも安かったので利用しました。 宿泊して分かりましたが、このホテルには「Right-wing」（旧館？）と「Left-wing」（新館？）があり、雲泥の差があります。 角部屋に宿泊しましたが、廊下と部屋は薄暗く、無線LANの電波は微弱、夜11時まで隣のバーの生演奏、シングルを2台並べたダブルベットと非常に残念でした。 朝食は「Left-wing」の7階で、一度１階に降り反対側の棟へいかなければなりません。 後々知り合いに聞くと、格安ネットで予約すると「Right-wing」になるそうです。 もし、チェックインの際にリクエスト出来るのであれば、「Left-wing」をおすすめします。

주요 도로에 접하면서도 안쪽에 위치해 도로의 소음을 피할 수 있었음. 대체적으로 직원들이 친절함. 객실 깨끗하고 조식 괜찮음. 굳이 흠을 잡자면 에어컨이 낡아 약간 소음.. 침구가 100% 면이 아닌지? 조금 땀이 배임... 더워서 그런지도? 물을 오랜만에 틀어서인지 녹물이 조금 나오다가 깨끗한 물 나옴. 샤워기 각도가 90도. - - 꽂아놓고 쓸수가 없음! 안전하고 깨끗한 호텔이었음~

空港からホテルへはホテルの名前を運転手に見せたら簡単に到着。ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝして案内してもらった部屋はﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾍﾞｯﾄﾞを予約してたのにﾄｳｲﾝの部屋。変更してもらって案内された部屋は何と掃除部屋の隣の奥まった部屋。これじゃ前の部屋のほうがいいとまた変更。でもそこは開かずの窓。まあ仕方ないかとそこで2泊。でも朝の時間がわからなかった。だって朝の光が全く入ってこないんですもの。ﾊﾉｲに行って帰ってきてﾁｪｯｸｲﾝすると、今度も何とまた掃除部屋の隣の開かずの窓のある部屋。さすがに、ﾎｰﾁﾐﾝ最後の夜。ちょっとｸﾞﾚｰﾄﾞｱｯﾌﾟして窓のある部屋に変えてもらう。。ここは最高！部屋は広いしﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾍﾞｯﾄﾞのも とっても大きいし。窓からはﾒｲﾝｽﾄﾘｰﾄも目の前に見える。場所はとっても便利なところに […] ある。ここを拠点にどこに行くにも便利。ﾄﾞｱﾏﾝも親切。次にﾎｰﾁﾐﾝに来た時もまたこのﾎﾃﾙに泊まりたい。ただしﾗﾝｸｱｯﾌﾟしてね。 詳情
