"Nice Hotel. Expensive. Not International"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月28日留下評價Nice, clean, well decorated Hotel. However staff do not speak good english. I had big trouble in checking in as they refused to give me the 'TWO BEDROOMS' suite which i have booked and clearly stated on the booking confirmation. I was told the price I was paying was only for ' TWO BEDS'. That wasted me 2 hours and i couldn't get my room until my lawyer calling the hotel manager. As a frequet traveller, I could say that the guest relations of this hotel is not meeting the international standard while the price is certainly a 5 star price. Anyhow, the hotel is nice with a well equipped open kitchen in each room. Friendly staff and a safe neighbourhood. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping malls are within 10 mins drive.

"Nice hotel, bad location"
We stayed at this hotel for the Ms Universe show because it was very close to hilton. Thats about all that it was close to though. There is very limited dining options in the area and what was available was really expensive. Pros: Staff was friendly. Restaurant was available 24 hours and prices werent bad. Most times someone was available at the front […] desk who spoke english. Cons: Breakfast was exactly the same everyday! Poor choices especially for vegetarians. Bathroom had mildew. Overall the hotel itself is not bad but the location really sucks and taxis in sao paulo are phenomenally expensive, so pay a little extra and stay in Ibriapura instead, you will end up saving lots in the long run. 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Conveniente para convenções"
Hotel muito confortavel e convenientemente localizado ao lado do WTC Centro de Convenções. Café da manhã bom, bom sinal de Internet e TV, quarto muito espaçoso. Frigobar caro. Ponto de taxi na porta.
