Excellent apart from the fire alarm going off but thankfully the staff were very quick and efficient in getting us all out to safety and we were back in our room as soon as it was safe to do so.

The hotel was easy to find by car. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. The hotel was very modern & clean. The room was actually quite large & nicer than we've had in previous airport hotels, with all the usual tea & coffees, bath essentials like shampoo, provided. My boyfriend lives in Los Angeles, so we tend to overnight in a Heathrow hotel the […] night before his flight back home & this was, by far, the nicest we've stayed in. Airport shuttles to Heathrow ran regularly & the hotel offered to call us a taxi as well. The shuttle only took about 15mins to terminal 3, less than that for terminal 1. We spent one night here wrapping up our eight-day trip to London. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable. We got an upgrade when the lights would not come on in the room. Not sure what the malfunction was, but the manager immediately moved us to an executive room since the maintenance people were busy at the time. Warning...do not stay at any […] of the airport hotels if you plan on going into central London often. It takes forever using the Underground and the Hoppa bus is not convenient for frequent trips to the airport to catch the subway. There is the Heathrow Express train that gets you to Paddington Station in Central London in about 15 minutes, but it is expensive and definitely not worth the cost if you use it many times. However, if you are only staying near the airport and not venturing into London too many times then this is a wonderful hotel. 詳情

This hotel is an old Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean, and the front desk and restaurant are well run and helpful. One major compaint: The small full-size bed had an actual trough on the side next to the phone. Bedding was clean and nice, but they really need new mattresses since most people go there to sleep before a morning flight.

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only stayed overnight for early morning connection so can't comment on neighbourhood, but very close to airport. Would definitely use this hotel again if staying at Heathrow.

Close to Heathrow Airport, and extremely handy when having a late arrival in. Make sure you organise to have the airport shuttle, which will cost you about 5 pound - we took a taxi, and was charged about 20 - silly us! The staff were warm and helpful. One of the things I liked the most about this hotel was its location, so close to the airport but also close to public transportation to go to the central areas of London. We arrived very late with alot of luggage. The lift just happened to be out of order however a staff member helped us with our bags. The bed was very comfortable with a pillow choice. A great location for an early flight.

This was booked so I could have a good nights sleep before I had to catch a 12 hour flight. The room was huge, good tv and very good bathroom. I didn't have essentials such as toothpaste but they bought them up to my room for free of charge. I had a buffet breakfast that I enjoyed for only £15. My room was very clean and comfortable but it was very noisy, There was alot of noise from plumbing or water in pipes or something from the surrounding rooms. I was also next to a fire door and it there was a lot of noise as people went back and forth. I got very little sleep mostly due to the pipe/water noise.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of efficiency,the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the excellent food and service in the restaurant. A bonus was the organised taxi service to the airport.

A Christmas party carried on in the foyer with very loud music that could clearly be heard in my bedroom until around 1.30/2.00am. Coupled with paper thin interleading door to the neighbouring room whose occupants until around 2.30am I was NOT impressed! My wake up call was at 4.15am for my early morning flight. The whole point of using an airport hotel […] is to get a good night's sleep for an early start. I did not achieve that. The airport bus system is pathetic, forcing you to either take the best part of half an hour to get to the terminal; or to take a taxi at rip-off fares for a 7 minute journey. Oh, and they dont take credit cards so you have to withdraw money from the hotel ATM which surprise surprise charges you £1.50 for withdrawals. We satyed there only for one night however hotel was good & clean with all the modern amenities. I felt room was bit small and completely packed with furnitures, we couldn't find much space for movement.

The fact that I had to struggle to find a bus route and pay for the fee to go back and forth to the airport was a bit of a stretch for a hotel that claimed to be by the airport. Hotel is fine with great location for LHR. Gym is very small and we went to the buffet which was with a Oriental them and was by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Salads and dessert was fine.

I stayed there recently with my family, we booked two rooms. The bar was out of use due to a networking event, I was told we had breakfast included, then in the morning were told we did not. At around 12am both my rooms had loud men shouting outside and trying to get in the room, they left thier bags and left the corridor, soon after gone 12, I had […] a call to my room asking who i was and what my room number is, all this information should be known by the desk, the lady on the phone said there had been a room mix up, the lads returned to get their bags. They next morning we went down for breakfast, returned to our rooms about 10.30 and none of our cards worked. I got a good rate on this hotel and it was fine for an overnight stay before an early flight. Room was clean and comfortable - no problems there. Check in was slow (and it was not busy) and the food in the bar was ludicrously overpriced for what was basically a microwaved ready meal.

A trouble free overnight stay ahead of an early morning flight. The bar and restaurant was relaxing and comfortable with good value food. Rooms maintained perfectly. We used a hotel car straight to our terminal. It is about the same price as the bus but quicker and far easier. Recommended
