nowhere to eat!

Despite appearance on the outside this hotel is clean and comfortable. Great value for a quick overnight stay after a long flight.

This was a nightmare hotel. I stayed there for three days, and no one came to my room. I had to make my bed and clean the bathroom everyday until I left. When I asked for towels Indian man at the front desk refused to give me any, he claimed that they ran out for three straight days. I was gonna ask for my money back but I had already prepaid over the […] phone. There was no refund. He also directly told me that I should pay at the front desk next time. Charging extra person but do not give enough towel. The toilet tank was set to only fill half a tank of water causing the toilet cannot be flush after you do no 2. You have to keep flushing or open the tank and fill the water with the ice bucket so you can flush the toilet. Bathroom so small and the staff not friendly at all. This was clean and quiet - my main requirements for the night. Nothing extra. Nothing fancy. Just a good enough place to stay the night at a good rate.

When we check-in the receptionist is rude. The fridge is not working and the aircondition is so noisy. The only good thing to say is that the room is clean.

The room was fine and the location was good, however the owner of the hotel was rude and was not helpful. He was not friendly at all. It made my stay a little less pleasant.

you cant beat the location of this place if you want to ride the metro-tram into downtown. the hotel staff is very professional and courteous. the surrounding area is a bit scary.

The location of the hotel is great because it is close to the city, however the neighborhood is a little sketchy. Rooms were clean. Hotel service was not good. The price was good. So, if you are looking for a nice place at a decent rate and willing to sacrafice customer service, this place would be suitable.

For the price this was a great hotel. If driving, it was a bit complicated to reach from the freeway.

Manager was very grumpy, didn't want to show attention. Room was located adjacent to management office, felt very little privacy. Neighborhood isn't that good either: upon approaching motel, saw a 5-squad car incident response

Hotel operator was rude. Declined to provide a new ice bucket when the plastic one in my room was cracked and leaking. Refused to provide extra towels. The room was clean, but it was supposed to be smoke-free, and it was in too close of proximity to either smoking rooms or not far enough away from smoking areas (not sure which). The rooms are small but the price is right.

The room was small but the shockingly comfortable bed made up for the close quarters. Only a couple miles from the convention center , airport, or downtown the location was convenient. I stayed with my 3 year old and felt safe & secure. Staff was friendly and efficient during check in.

The location is great, just of the I-84 at 82nd. Also right by the MAX train. Parking free and good. The bad: Hard beds with springs, unfriendly service, early check-out time, phones and lights that do not work. I reported the above, but based on the attitude of the employees I have little hope anything will be done. Because of the location and price […] I would stay there again, but it's no way near as comfortable bedwise and employeewise as the Holiday Inn-PDX. The hotel room was nice, clean and comfortable. There seemed to be a lot of rules, many common sense, others a little restricting. The staff wasn't very accomodating.

The hotel staff isn't very friendly or accommodating. That said, the room was clean and the location was convenient to the freeway. However, the convenience to the freeway made it a bit loud in the room (woke up to traffic each day at 6 am).

stayed the previous night at the Portland Hilton paid for by company, cost three times as much and not near the comfort and value as the DAYS INN. had all the ammenties and the price was right. Will definantly stay there next time I travel to Portland!!

Manager lied to us about occupancy and wasnt very friendly, but bed was very comfy, and close to rose garden ;)

The staff is friendly and the room was very clean. The free WiFi worked just as expected. The only thing that was a negative is the amount of traffic noise that comes into the room during the evening. It is right next to the 84 freeway at the intersection of NE 82nd Ave and NE Halsey St in Portland, Oregon. With my window closed I could hear traffic […] until at least 11pm and then I put in my work earplugs in to block the noise; only then did I fall asleep. Service was ok. Room was clean. everything was satifactory.

A hotel with doors directly leading outdoors usually doesn't bother me, but the surrounding neighborhood was low-income with lots of foot traffic. The hotel was very difficult to find, as there weren't clear signs (that I saw, anyway) that led the way. I ended up going along several back roads trying to maneuver back to the hotel. It is also located […] between the bus stop and the homeless car donation center, which were not kept in the best condition. The front desk clerk was not friendly. When I asked him not to photocopy my credit card and ID (which I know some hotels still do, but is dangerous with all the ID theft in the country), he argued with me. He did shred the paper and asked me to put the information on a paper instead. He was very discourteous. I found several (5-6) long hairs in the bathroom (one was on the ceiling of the shower) and one in the bed itself. While the rest of the room seemed fairly clean, the hairs alone were extremely disturbing. The best part of the stay, however, was the bed. It was soft and sunk in, which is what I prefer. The only way I would recommend this hotel to guests is if they enclosed the rooms (added indoor hallways), re-trained the cleaning staff and front desk clerk, and actually served a continental breakfast (instead of five or six bagels in a plastic container). 詳情

The room was very clean and quiet. We slept well. Certainly the price was right. The only surprise was it was a bit far from the airport (about 7 miles). It was not listed at the rental car as an "airport" motel. Just be sure you have your own set of directions.

Easy location to find and get around from. Very clean room and very quiet place. Definitely recommend for the money.

just wanted to stay there for easy access to airport, taxi drive from hotel to airport is about 20 Dollar, so some other hotel with shuttle service might worth the money

I was very satisfied with the hotel, staff and location. I was in town for business and it was one of the better hotels that I have stayed in. Very close to the airport and train.
