You can also try our extensive breakfast buffet every day.

"The place is really good"

The only thing I don't like is no independent bathroom for my room and made me a little bit inconvenient for sharing bathroom.

We found out the next day at the lobby WI-FI is free. They should tell us when we asked why they charge 12 Euro for WI-FI. Also, the minibar is not free anymore. The reception said it is no longer free since Dec/1. Why they didnot update the information? even the hotel book inside our room said it is free.

Only 5 minutes walking from the Hotel, you will find the Metro station "El Capricho", which will connect you directly to the center of Madrid Gran Via, an important leisure and shopping area of Madrid. In the center you can enjoy a thousand of shops, theaters, cinemas and restaurants. Near the hotel is also located "Plenilunio" mall, where you can find a wide variety of fun and entertainment and may make several purchases on clothing and accessories. Very near the hotel you can visit the Capricho Park, one of the most beautiful parks of Madrid built in the XIX century. And that is an example of wilderness and emblematic. You can also visit the beautiful World Heritage city, Alcalá de Henares, just 27 km birthplace of Miguel de Cervantes, where in addition, you can visit the University Cisneriana.

"Not recommended"
If it wasn't for the staff this would receive a rating of a 1. The facilities were okay, room was actually quite clean despite the fact that is was like a sauna in there even with the air conditioner on. The internet went out for the night so that was a huge downer since my friend had a project he needed to get done. The rooms were not great, but the […] redeeming factor was the incredibly friendly staff. They allowed us to check in early and that was amazing since we took a night train and we wanted a shower. "Perfect for Layover"

In general people at the front desk were in a very bad mood. But besides their permanent angryness something that really anoyed me was that we were not advised to reserve the transportation to the airport by the staff. "OK, but bad sound isolation"
The sound isolation is bad. We were hearing from the other rooms. We were also thinking people were trying to enter our room, when they were entering other rooms. We stayed for only one night since we were flying to New Yor the following morning and needed a good place near the airport. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful and we have no complaints. The room is a little small, bu functional for one night. The hotel buffet breakfast the following morning was excellent! There is a very nice restaurant […] next to the hotel where we had a late lunch upon our arrival. The taxi from the airport was a bit high- 25 Euros. I was not impressed by the neighborhood, but a short ride on the subway took us to the Goya area, and we spent an afternoon shopping at El Corte Ingles. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. "Standard European budget hotel"
This hotel is what I expected based on other reviews/ratings. It is a standard budget hotel - clean with minimal amenities. We were on a 12 hour layover in Madrid, so we were just looking for a place to crash for the night - with full intention of getting into the city for a night of fun. The staff was helpful - though if you get back to the hotel […] late at night, they put big iron gates on the doors so you have to get their attention to get let back in. It is very close to the Metro, and we felt very comfortable walking to it. The cab ride back from the city was about 20 Euro, and the shuttle to the airport in the morning was perfect. This hotel is well-maintained, and only about a 10 minute ride (on the hotel-provided shuttle) to Barajas Airport. Its buffet breakfast (which costs extra) is ample and of good quality. Hotel situato un po lontano dal centro però ben collegato attraverso la metro con una stazione metro a 100 metri dall'albergo. Hötel agréable, confortable. Il est éloigné du centre de Madrid (accès par le métro à la station El Capricho) donc silencieux et permet de se reposer. Situado cerca del aeropuerto, es ideal para tu estancia antes de salir de viaje. Parada de metro cercana. Puedes dejar el coche en el barrio del hotel, porque se ve una zona segura. Si tienes que ir de viaje antes de que habran la cafeteria, te ofrecen gratuitamente cafe, zumo y pastas. Te llevan al aeropuerto y te recojen de él con solo llamarles por […] telefono. "Correcto y cercano al aeropuerto"
