Poor service, no business center, check-in at 13:00 not 12-noon as specified in my booking, very expensive parking, very expensive and poor breakfast. I being renovated and changing to Holiday Inn - don't think it wil help.....

This hotel is comfortable and convenient place to stay for ski holiday. Room was big. Good restaurants nearby and it was nice to soak in the jacuzzi at the end of the day. I wouldn't though really class the hotel as 5 star, more like 4 star.

A nice hotel with nice rooms, fine breakfast, little swimming pool combined with minor wellness area. Parking quite expensive in the hotel garage, you can find public parking at half the fare a few mintues away. The hotel was in the city center of Andorra la Vella. The service was excellent , the room was very comfortable and clean and the price very low. The car parking has extra charge.

No debería ser un 5 estrellas, con cuatro pasaría. una piscina pequeña en un sotano. el jacuzzi no funcionaba. la sauna bien. en general bien , pero no se corresponde con otros cinco estrellas.

Hello Pas mal de bruits la nuit, la climatisation ne régule pas la température, difficile d’avoir la bonne température. La piscine est bien trop chaude desagreable !!! Hotelli oli kaikin puolin ok, palvelu hyvää ja asiallista. Aamiainen oli hiukan arvokas aikuiselta, mutta toisaalta kolmesta lapsesta ei veloitettu mitään. Pidempäänkin hotellissa olisi viihtynyt, mutta soveltui myös yhden yön pysähdykseen.

Para ser de 5 estrellas las habitaciones están muy antiguas. Las puertas que comunican unas con otras hacen que se oiga todo el ruido de la habitación contigua y es muy molesto.

Hotel muy tranquilo - bastante bien situado y con un personal muy atento a tus necesitades.

No se corresponde con un hotel de 5*, le sobra al menos una... Lo peor la limpieza y servicio de habitaciones que es lamentable... el resto pasable pero tampoco nada destacable... lo mejor el sitio en pleno centro pero algo alejado de las calles comerciales, y el precio que comparado con otras localidades esta muy ajustado.

El Hotel está perfecto por el precio que nos salió , ibamos 4 (2 adultos y 2 niños) y la habitación al ser una suite hay sitio de sobras. El mantenimiento un poco justo pero para un fin de semana muy recomendable. Está un poco alejado del centro. Bien situado, zona tranquila, céntrico

DEBE DE MEJORAR EL PESONAL DE RESTAURANTE Y CAFETERIA.

La cantidad de gente que alberga el hotel es mucha y luego se puede ver un descontrol en el uso de la piscina, agua, calefacción, limpieza.

Dispone de muchas actividades para realizar en familia y sobretodo perfecto para ir con niños.

Parfait, seul bémol une température très élevée dans la chambre due à un chauffage trop fort et impossible de le baisser sinon très bien !

Es un hotel ideal para familias ya que cuenta con un happy park en el sotamo junto a la piscina climatizada ideal para que los niños se diviertan al mismo tiempo que los padres se relajan, la comida es excelente, las habitaciones muy amplias, etc...

la salle de fitness digne du moyen âge ( en sous sol a cote des garages et sans fenêtres et bien sur sans clim env 30° piscine chauffé juste dessous.A mon arrivé dans chambre (cheveux dans la salle de bain ) coffre fort en panne (non réparé) distributeur de savon vide.Pas vraiment en plein centre ville et tarif parking trop cher

très bel hotel avec des prestations de qualité équipe à l'écoute de nos attentes (lit parapluie demandé et installé en qq minutes) regret : parking hotel complet donc orientés sur parking extérieur payant et à notre charge petit déjeuner très copieux et varié pour tous les gouts et nationalités

I must give five points to the relaxing department at a cellar: especially the Finnish and Turkish saunas and jacuzzi are good to the bad bones after trekking in the mountain! Non proprio nel centro ma decisamente comodo per fare compere in citta'. Bellissime camere anche se un po' datate. NEl complesso soddisfatti.
