VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY THE ROOMS WERE VERY SMALL, SUPER CLEAN. IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO WERE WE WERE GOING. WOULD GO THERE AGAIN. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. They must have done some major upgrades since I last saw it. It used to be a Microtel. Everything was clean and nice. I stayed on a weekend night and the price was fantastic compared to other hotels in Mount Pleasant.

Minimal no frills hotel but clean and decent for the price. would stay again

I was extremely impressed with how clean the room was and the bed was very comfortable! It certainly is not a very large space, but perfect but what I needed it for... sleep & shower. The continental breakfast was very basic, but again fit my needs... putting something in my stomach before heading out for the day.

Very cute room, complete with a window seat. And when my daughter spilled hot cocoa on her shirt at breakfast, the staff immediately offered to help. They provided towels, wet cloths, and even put her shirt in the dryer after I rinsed it out.

We were there for the night and really enjoyed it. Thank you!

nice hotel, clean room, just very small.

Rooms on the small side but clean and comfortable. close to most amenities

Hotel was simple, but just what we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful. Will stay again!

This was a great price in this area. Room very clean and well maintained. Not fancy, but they don't claim to be. The heat/AC quit working the second night, but it wasn't real cold or hot outside so it wasn't a big deal. So I feel like it was a good deal and i'd stay there again.

Close to casino. The room was clean but noisy. Bed & pillows were not comfortable.

This hotel is a perfect low maintenance place to stay. Clean rooms, flat screen tv's. Close to soaring eagle and to stay at to visit your child at CMU. We stay for football games and to just visit our daughter. Great for the price when you are only in town overnight.

We were there for a weekend. Hotel was spartan but actually cleaner and a little nicer than I was expecting. Rooms were fine. Two complaints: (1) No work out room at all, That is a big negative for me. (2) Free breakfast, but we took a look at it and chose to head out. That said, it is a decent place and good value. Stayed in a one queen rm, a little small for us. Was clean ,but we moved to a 2 queen rm and were very happy with it. Large enough and very comfortable. The front desk staff was fantastic and had a great time overall.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, comfortable beds, and cheap short taxi rides to casino. Complimentary breakfast was good. No pool or bar but the price was right.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed at other hotels in the area but none compared to this one. I would recommend this hotel and also plan on staying there again very soon.

I was originally hesitant to stay here, but I am so glad I gave it a try. The hotel was right off of the expressway and was easy to get in to, and out of of. It was also very close to restaurants and, most importantly, a short (under 10 minute) drive to Soaring Eagle. I seriously spent more time parking at the casino than I did driving there. It is literally just a bed, desk, and bathroom, but for the price, I was willing to overlook being able to do cartwheels through my room. The room was small but perfect for 2 people. great location and a very clean

walls are a little thin at 3am in the morning, but I just turned on the tv low and went back to sleep. nice bed!

Nothing fancy but it served the purpose. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay while visiting my daughter at Central. This is a decent hotel and convenient to the college. The price is reasonable and included a breakfast which was adequate. I had stayed here once before while attending a conference. Was happy to be staying there again.

I stopped by Mt.Pleasant recently and reserved a room here through Hotels.com. I was disappointed in the size of the rooms the low ceilings and overall cleanliness.

Our trip was for fun and gambling. The hotel is not even a mile from the casino. I had read a review on here about bed bugs and we didnt see any! In fact we didnt see a bug at all! I am a super clean neat freak and the rooms were not only very pretty but extremely clean. The other thing I liked about the room was the type of bedding they used. All of […] the bedding including the comforter was washable. So your entire bed is clean and fresh from guest to guest. The beds were very comfortable as well. We had problems at check in with the not so friendly clerk and the fact it took us close to 20 minutes to check in becuase she completely ignored us while she completed a phone call (a "I will be with you in a moment" or a "hello" would have went a long way with me because we werent even sure we were at the right hotel since the name change), didnt check my ID with my credit card and I had to ask for for the AARP discount twice. Not to mention the other guest who came in and hung over the front desk watching our entire check in right next to us. We assumed he worked there so didnt say anything, however when we walked away we figured out he was a guest and I was extremely mad that the front desk clerk allowed him to hang over the desk and watch/listen to our check in in the manner that he did. The next day we spoke with the manager and she said it was not appropriate what happend and they do not condone that behavior. She was very appologetic, said the problem would be taken care of and comped a future visit. We were impressed with her customer service and even the customer service of their housekeeping. In all honesty if it hadn't been for our check in our entire stay would have been 5 star. In the morning they have a great continental breakfast. There was a lot to choose from....something for everyone. The front desk and check in area was extremely clean and inviting. We will stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone else looking to stay for business or pl 詳情
