I was told there were no double queen rooms. "you booked with hotels.com, and they would not know what we have available". They gave us a "suite" kitchenette that had one double bed. There were two adults and two teens. Two of us were left to sleep on a roll away bed and pull out couch. We stayed two nights/had 2 rooms both nights - 1st stay was after reaching the Cities and the 2nd stay on the way back to the airport. The toilet in one of the rooms the 1st night didn't stop running, so my husband fixed it and told the maintenance man. We asked him to check it out to be sure it was OK. He didn't. Also the 1st night there was a tornado […] warning and all rooms were asked to evacuate. We thought it was very considerate for the staff to stress the seriousness of the storm. We were happy to have the underground parking! The 1st night we were not told about the breakfast in the a.m. so we went to the nearby supermarket and bought fruit, yogurt and granola to munch on. The 2nd night we were informed of the breakfast. The lady at the front desk even opened the breakfast room an hour early to accomodate our early departure! We truly appreciated her consideration. 詳情

Everything was very good except for the fact the air conditionor didn't cool our room well at all we were sweating the whole time even with it on 60 degrees F and fan setting on high. The first 5 hours we were gone assuming the room would be cool and comfortable by time we got back. Well, it wasn't and we ended up checking out THE NIGHT WE CHECKED IN […] because my fiance' got sick due to the heat of the room and sweating. I am coming to one of your hotels tomorrow again with my fiance' and its the super 8 in chaska mn. My fiance' already called in ahead of time to ask about the quality of the air conditioners because we got a suite last time and it didn't work so this time we got a suite with a jacuuzi assuming that the most expensive suite you have --- the air conditioning will work average if not above average, which I had expected from your hotel prior to last weekend's experience. Thank you and I'm crossin my fingers that this weekend goes well and my other half doesn't get sick due to overheating oh, and the kicker was your refrigerator / freezer combo no ice in ice trays no ice in the freezer no way to turn up the cooling settings and it was warm the whole time even before we arrived 1st thing I did was checked the refrigerator and I was sad when I reached in to find it feeling a bit like a freshman's armpit during jumping jacks in gym class. 詳情

I expected that since we got the room at such a reasonable price that the condition would be lower class. I was really supprised. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The bed was really comfortable, pool and hot tub were clean and the right temp. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms stocked with conviences. Will stay there again.
