Novotel Suresnes Longchamp - 蘇雷斯尼

We booked through a booking agency separate from the groups who were staying for the weekend. We arrived late but there was nowhere to eat so had to starve till the morning. Couldn't even have a sandwich as there was no 24hour room service. Also due to a mix-up they thought that we were part of a group so took all the tea/coffee making bits from the […] room and there was an empty minibar. I went to reception the following morning to ask why no facilities in the room and when I told him we were individual booking they very promptly put it all back. Breakfast was included and the buffet was very full and lots to choose from but did not like the english breakfast so made the most of the croissants etc. A long way from the centre of Paris you have to get the metro it cannot be walked. Staff were friendly tho and I would stay again. Ideal location for Longchamp and the racing. 詳情

dirty lobby, dirty room , sheets dirty and dusty. aircondition did not work room phone not working. night manager very rude. when I went down to desk to complain no one was at front desk counter I had to wait 10 minutes calling out for someone to appear at front desk. I felt unsafe staying there with my children. If it was not so late and I had a place […] to go I would not have stayed even the one night. I bolted out of there in am. I was told night of complaint that I would not have to pay for all three nights if I was checking out in am. when I did check out in am the manager stated he had no recollection of our conversation. I called hotels.com who had documented complaint night before and told manager he indeed did say that the night before and he suddenly remembered the whole conversation. not a ggod place for anyone to stay. 詳情

Cet hôtel était propre, bien situé, d'un bon confort. Rien n'à dire de particulier. Ce fut très bien.

Rien de bien extraordinaire, nous avions pris une chambre famille, qui reste assez petite à mon gout. En plaine vacances de Noel, restaurant fermé, que la carte bar..... Parking couvert vide et pourtant payant..... EN revanche très bon petit déjeuner! Hotel bien, sans plus, normal en somme, mais pas pour un week end.....

Der Zimmerservice war gut! Leider wurden gebrauchte Artikel (Kaffee, Duschgel, Shampoo, Zucker...) nicht aufgefüllt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr gut.

Normally many hotels in Paris were very expensive than what their values. However this hotel was so good with reasonable price. Room was clean and equiped with everything. And Bath was very nice. If I stay again in Paris, I will find out this hotel at a first priority.

Het hotel is prima. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Niet groot, maar als je in Parijs bent wil je toch zoveel mogelijk bekijken. Wij hebben er dan ook alleen geslapen. Rock en Seine is vanuit dit hotel met bus of tram goed en snel te bereiken. Naar het centrum van Parijs is een uurtje lopen. Flinke maar mooie wandeling. OV kan ook en taxi kost rond […] 15 euro. Calme, propre, sympa et très proche de la tour Eiffel en voiture. Toujours aussi chouette de ne rien payer pour les moins de 16 ans, même le petit dej. Je recommande.

La qualité de l'hôtel répond parfaitement à notre attente avec une remarque concernant le lit enfant qui n'est pas très confortable . la couverture (couverte de poils d'animal) pourrait être remplacée par une enveloppe plus hygiénique. Hotel de nueva construcción. El personal es, por lo general, agradable (excepciones hay en todos sitios pero no está bien generalizar). La habitación es acogedora. La limpieza podría mejorar. Nice hotel just outside the perific of Paris. Not a hotel to be in, but a place to stay for a few days when Your mission is to explore Paris. We had our own car, and the hotel had their own parking. The kids and my wife including my self had a good stay. I will recomend this to others.

Hotel parfaitement tenu. Nous avons utilisé une chambre familiale pour 4. La literie était parfaite ! La chambre très correcte. la prestation était au niveau de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un Novotel

Acceuil et séjour très agréable. A recommander pour un court séjour sans problème.

A quelques minutes de l arc de triomphe , bonne situation pour le prix. Confort du sofa pour les enfants assez moyen, le reste Ok

J'ai 2 filles qui dormaient sur un lit canapé mais leS matelas étaient très durS à certains endroits pas idéal pour dormir au delà d'1 nuit.

El hotel es bastante antiguo, pero bien cuidado en cuanto a la recepcion y las habitaciones. Bastante insatisfechos en el idioma, nadie hablaba español.

fikk veldig lite hjelp om det var noe man spurte om. som for eksempel hvordan man kom til nermeste butikk. da var svaret: det er ikke vits i å prøve, dette er et industri område og det finnes ikke butikker eller fortau.

Das besagte Hotel liegt ausserhalb Paris, was natürlich bekannt war ... aber für Parisreisende wäre es unpraktisch, obwohl es vielleicht etwas günstiger ist, da zentrale Lage mehr kosten wird. Dafür muss man auch permanent in die Stadt reinfahren, was Zeit und Geld kostet ... (Taxis kosten ca. 12-18 Euro in die Stadt). Das Hotel war ok, das Zimmer ordentlich, […] ohne Wow-Effekt und das Bad soweit i.O.! Die "Deko"-Kissen hatten Löcher und auch in der Bettwäsche waren Löcher, was einem nicht gerade zu begeistern vermag. Fenster waren klein, wobei der Blick auch wenig spannendes zu bieten gehabt hätte. Empfang ist freundlich und gibt sich Mühe. Kein Problem, aber etwas schade ist, dass es gerade mal SAT1 bei den dt. Programmen gab. Ansonsten recht gut geschlafen, da es ziemlich gut isoliert ist. 詳情
