Nice hotel close to the railwaystation. Short distance to everything in old city and 10 minute walk to Switzerland. No parking at the hotel, but there is many parking opportunites close- by. The hotel was covered in scaffolding making it difficult to find (it didn't look anything like its photos). Luckily there was no work going on as we arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and left the next morning. The location was difficult to get to by car but is directly across the street from the Konstanz train station. We arrived from the wrong […] direction (could not cross the busy traffic to get to the front of the hotel) and my GPS had me turning around down streets which were pedestrian only. Short term parking in front of the hotel to unload/load was full (appeared to be locals in town for shopping) but I lucked into a spot after waiting 10 minutes. It really did seem like the entire world was in town for shopping and walking around. Parking is not free but there is a convenient garage around the corner. There is also a back door to the hotel that leads to within 20 meters of the garage entrance though we found this out AFTER we checked out and schlepped our bags around the block. The staff should have mentioned this. Did not eat dinner, have a drink nor eat breakfast (which was not included in the price) there so cannot review restaurant/bar/lounge. The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. Opening the window for air led to lots of street noise though. Location for a tourist without a car is perfect. The town and harbor are lovely. The staff were friendly and we were offered a welcome drink including bubbly but I said I had to move my car so couldn't have any alcohol (at which point I should've been told about the parking options). Very nice hotel across the street from the train station.

We only spent one night of our 3 night reservation in the hotel because the christmas Market was not as advertised. We were very disappointed at the almost complete lack of traditional Christmas Market stands. Almost all just had general merchandise. The hotel itself was very fine. Staff extremely helpful

Clean, Comfortable room. Polite welcoming staff. Very enjoyable stay.

This was a very nice hotel. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Breakfast was not included in our stay. There was a nice selection for breakfast but was a little pricey.

We found this hotel very convenient for all transport, boats, trains and buses. We were on 4th floor with a very good view of the lake. Hotel very clean, staff very helpful, breakfast very good. The hotel could do with a bit of an update but overall we were very satisfied.

We stayed in a luxury double room which had fabulous views over the lake. The Hotel itself is situated directly across from the railway station which was so convenient on our first visit to Konstanz. For me this hotel does not deserve it 4 stars. We had a smoking room while I asked for a non-smoking one. despite the fact that I'm pregnant they didn't change us the room. Impossible to switch on the air conditionned without increasing the smell of smoke. The mini-bar was not working and was empty. The room was small. If we wanted to open the unic […] small window of the room, we had to take care of the electrical system in the border to avoid electocution. The towels were old and thins. The lady for breakfast was not able to serve us properly. No orange juice 1hour before the end of breakfast time (no juice at all). When we ask her to refill the muffins plate she answered "I would have to defroze them!'. Nice answer for a 4 star hotel breakfast westress.. She could just have said "I'm sorry, they are none" Instead of telling us that she is too lazzy... the rest of the breakfast food was also not refilled so paying this expansive amount for such a breakfast was a big joke... The parking indicated in their "facilities service" is a public parking which is not belonging to the hotel! So personnaly, I would never go there again and would not recomand it.. 詳情

We stayed 2 nights over Easter. The first being at the start of our bike tour around the Bodensee and the second being the end of our tour, 3 days later. Both times our rooms were very clean and we had a good view out over railway station to the harbour. This hotel is good for a stopover and is very central to act as a base for sight seeing. however […] it is quite expensive if you dont spend much time there. Staff were pleasant and helpful. My family travelled from Zurich to Constance and spent the night at the Halm. My first confusion was looking for a hotel called Acadia which is not the case. The name Halm is prominent on the hotel which is located near the trainstattion. Despite the close proximity, there is no noise since trains in Europe don't need to sound the whistles as in the […] USA. Excellent choice right in the middle of the city opposite the main railway station and accross from the lake. Originally built in the late 1800's. people from the surrounding pubs were rowdy and making much noise till late into the nite...other than that, all we are happy with the hotel.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at this hotel. We were doing a number of day trips from the area by train and the hotel's location across from the main train station was ideal. Det ægte marokkanske køkken og den flotte, marokkansk inspirerede spisesal var en helt særegen oplevelse, der kan anbefales varmt.

Bon accueil, grande chambre et grande salle de bains. Un petit moins pour le petit dej que l on a trouve très chers ( 16€/pers). L hôtel était impeccable et très très bien situés dans constance

Im Vorfeld eines Pokerturniers in Konstanz habe ich mir das Hotel Konstanz zur Übernachtung ausgesucht. Reserviert habe ich wie immer, ein Doppelzimmer für mich alleine. Als erstes fiel mir auf, dass das Zimmer altbacken, fast barock ausgestattet war. Die Betten waren unbequem, es waren keine Pflegeartikel im Bad vorhanden (ausser Shampoo), das Frühstück […] war exklusiv, das heisst nicht inbegriffen und so könnte ich die Mängelliste noch lange weiterführen. Also gar nicht empfehlenswert da das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht stimmt für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. 詳情

Das Hotel war mit Sicherheit einmal sehr edel, leider ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem ist alles sauber und gepflegt! Die Lage ist super zentral: zum Bahnhof nur ein paar Meter und das Zentrum direkt vor der Nase. Auch ein toller Seeblick. schönes historisches hotel mit viel konfort und toller service...

Di fronte alla stazione e a due passi dal porto. La zona pedonale alle spalle. Abbiamo cenato nella sala moresca, davvero bella. Il cibo era delizioso e le porzioni perfette. Ottima ec abbondante la prima colazione, che pero non era inclusa nel prezzo. Parcheggi in prossimità ma nessuno convenzionato.

Aus den ersten Blick ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel doch leider sehr Alt und hätte auch ein paar renovierungs Arbeiten nötig ! Unser Zimmer ist zum Bahnhof / Strasse aus gerichtet gewesen das heisst von 5 Uhr - 23 Uhr lärm ! das Fenster konnte man nicht zulassen da die Zimmer sehr klein sind und die luft recht schnell verbraucht ! Badezimmer ist einen […] schrecklichen Zustand gewesen Fön vergilbt ( speckig ) die Bodenplatten gerissen verschmutz ! in den ecken hat dich der Staub u Dreck gesammelt ! Waschebecken mit sehr vielen rissen in dem sich er dreck gesammelt hat . Zum Duschen braucht man sehr viel Zeit da sich der Wasserhahn sehr schlecht nach Temperatur regeln lies und wenn man dann die richtige Temperatur gehabt hat kommt fast kein Wasser . Zum Glück war sehr schönes Wetter und wir mussten uns wirklich nur zum schlafen im Zimmer aufhalten ! Das Personal ist zwar freundlich aber es fehlte sehr an Information, Wir mussten alles selber erfragen wie Parkmöglichkeiten 8 es gibt keinen Parkplätze in diesem Hotel ) Das dieses Hotel einen Sauna hat haben wir auch nur durch zufall erfahren ! wir wurden auch nicht darauf hingewiesen das in unserer Buchung das Frühstück nicht inkl. war es wurden uns am letzten Tag das Früchstück extra berechnet obwohl ich nachgrfragt habe wie es mit dem Frühstück geregelt ist. Kurzfassung : Die Lage des Hotel ist super zum Einkaufen und wenn mal in den Hafen möchte. Zum schlafen ist es ein alptraum wenn man zum Bahnhof hin ausgerichtetes Zimmer hat ( bei Onlinebuchungen tauschen Sie die Zimmer auch nicht wiel mal das auch Online machen muss, PC / Internet gibt es nicht im Hotel ) Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig reichlich auswahl aber auch recht teuer wenn es nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist . Sauberkeit schrecklich / ecklig !!!!! Teppiche / Fliessen dreckig Waschebecken gerissen u dreckig Wasserhahn veraltet Waschmöglichkeit mit sehr viel Zeitaufwand ( wenig wasser aus der Leitung ) Ich werde diese Hotel selber nicht mehr besuchen und auch sic 詳情

Hyvä hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla keskustassa. Lisäksi hotellissa erinomainen ravintola. Palvelu hyvää ja ystävällistä. Hinta-laatusuhde on erinomainen.

駅の目の前、ウェルカムドリンクにスパークリングワインをいただきました。ただミニバーの水は4ユーロするので気をつけて。レストランの水も3ユーロ。チェックインの前に飲み物を買うことをお勧めします。

wenn es nicht die unschlagbare Lage direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofs hätte, könnte sich das Hotel dieses niedrige Service-Level sicher nicht leisten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sit ein Witz. Mein Hinweis darauf, dass kein Duschgel im Bad war, lediglich Shampoo, wurde mit einem Achselzucken quittiert. Als ich die Frage, ob ich etwas aus der Mini-Bar gehabt […] habe, mit dem Hinweis verneine, die Mini-Bar sei leer gewesen, erntete ich einen Lacher. Das Hotel hat großzügige Zimmer, gegen Aufpreis mit Blick auf den See. Den Aufpreis ist der Seeblick wert! Die Zimmer im 5. Stock sind Raucherzimmer. Sie sind etwas kleiner als die Nichtraucherzimmer im 4. Stock. Trotzdem nehme ich sie gern. Das Hotel liegt optimal. See, Stadt und Grenze sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf der einen Seite beginnt die Fussgängerzone, auf der anderen Seite liegt die Standpromenadew. Dazwischen der Bahnhof. Einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommmen.
