The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff were very courteous and the service was good. Stayed 2 nights at Versailles en-route home to England to allow us a day in Paris. The train station is a "stone's throw" from the hotel and takes about 35 minutes to the Musee D'Orsay! The staff are extremely welcoming and the buffet breakfast is super! The hotel is extremely well located for visiting the Palace of Versailles and there are many excellent […] restaurants within easy walking distance - although, from previous experience, we believe the hotel restaurant is very good. When I see 4 stars I expect the quality of a Hilton or something equivalent. The hotel is nice, but if no one tells you, you would never guess it's a 4 stars. There is nothing exceptional about this hotel except its location: right in front of Versailles Chateau.

This is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. I stayted here because i wanted to visit the Chateau Versailles. It is conviently located about 1.5 blocks from the train station, and less than a block from the palace. There is a nice market about 2-3 blocks away as well for shopping or eating.

Great room very noisey though the rooms are not to soundproof other than that my Girl & I had a very lovely stay there very convenient location 10mins away from Paris. & very cheap too.

Stayed 5 nights on business. The service was very friendly and attentive. Hotel is very close to the caste and to the market place with lots of outdoor cafes. Was very pleased with the hotel breakfast and the staff there were great.. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. Overall, I'd definitely stay again.

This hotel is in an excellent location being just two minutes walk from the Chateau. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the room was poor with dust on the furniture and the bathroom in a poor condition (large amounts of mould on the grouting and large cracks in the ceiling). This hotel had everything to be a great retreat with its location less than 200 yards away from the chateau de versailles entrance. It has a gated parking underground for 8 euros which we enjoyed since it was secured and we did not have to struggle with parking. The lobby looks very nice and the building as well. There is a little gym, a Hammam (turkish […] bath) and a Sauna on the 4th floor and I actually enjoyed the hammam myself. The reason I have rated this hotel to average is that we were given a room on the top floor which came with a little balcony. This would have been amazing if the guests of the hotel were respecting the non smoking policy. Indeed it happens that every single room with a balcony smells like a old ashtray because people are going on the balcony to smoke (which is illegal) but leave the door open. The staffs seemed to be surprised by our discovery even though one can see many cigarettes butts all over the balcony floor. We asked to change room because of that but it was pointless, we tried 3 other rooms and they all smell the same. 詳情

Excellent city hotel, as close as you can get to The Palace of Versailles and excellent basement car park. Every member of staff with whom we had contact, excluding the dining room, was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Only negative was breakfast service with overall food choice not close to Hilton standards and staff just appeared untrained. […] Unsatisfactory 2 out of 3 mornings (didn't bother on the third!) This is a very good standard in France. The castle is 200 yards from the hotel. People are very nice. One elevator didn't work properly which explains the fact I didn't write 5 to everything.

Stopped for 2 nights en-route back to England. Super location and VERY attentive staff. We ate in the restaurant; good but expensive buffet breakfast but excellent and reasonably priced dinners. The staff went out of their way to meet all our needs. Excellent English spoken!

A really, really lovely hotel in a perfect location for Paris ( the train is only 100 yds away ) and even MORE perfect for Versailles itself. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. It is right next to the tourist information centre, 5 minute walk from the Versailles Chateau and gardens and close to various restaurants. The hotel is clean and in good condition. We did not dine there, but the breakfast was fine. Great activity: rent a bicycle in the gardens and go wild!

On our honeymoon, my husband and I decided to spend a couple of days in Versailles. When we got there, we decided to first relax and watch some T.V. Well the remote control didn't work...no batteries. So I manually turned on the T.V...but there was a blank screen. I called up the help desk and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Didn't offer […] to give us another room either. We then decided to charge our cell phone and camera so we could go out and explore...well, the outlets on the wall by the desk didn't work so I had to squeeze behind the T.V. to use the outlet. At 8:45 p.m. we went downstairs to eat dinner and were approached by the bartender who told us that the Bar and restaurant were closed (they're supposed to be open until 10:30 p.m.) because they had only 2 waiters and about 10 guests they were serving at that time. Apparently, they were overwhelmed even though the dining hall could hold about 60 guests easily. Though we asked to speak with the manager, whom we saw the running around, doing mostly nothing and not even acknowledging our presence despite the fact that he passed by us about 5 times in 15 minutes. At this point, my husband approached the woman at the reservation desk who insisted that the bar was open though they had suddenly decided to close the restaurant and had us seated. We waited another 15 minutes before were asked for our order. We only ordered 1 beer and water. About 10 minutes later, the bartender brought us 1 beer and water. We waited about 45 minutes and got no bill so we walked up to the woman at the reservation desk and asked her to charge our hotel room...next day we received a charge of 13 euros for 1 beer...wonderful. Meanwhile, we had to eat dinner at a nearby McDonalds because all restaurants close by 10 p.m. in this area. For the terrible service, the tv not working, the remote control with batteries dead and the non-working outlets, I don't recommend this hotel or its restaurant to anyone. 詳情

This is a delightful hotel near Versailles, less than a half mile from the gate of the chateau. The shortest of walks to both the Chateau and a collection of varied local restaurants. Indoor parking at the hotel made arrival and departure a snap.

We chose this hotel for its promimity to Versailles Chateau and Gardens and were not disappointed. We could actually see the entrance from our room. In terms of location, it's perfect at 2 mins walk from the Palace of Versailles. We read the reviews before we went and were impressed enough to book here. The price was reasonable but the rooms didn't seem to be 4 star to us. The toilet in particular was clean but looked like something out of a well-kept Halls of Residence - functional but hardly […] luxury. The bathroom was small and a bit cramped also. The rooms also are in need of a makeover. Whilst the Louis XIV theme is understandable, frankly it all looked a bit dated. Fantastic hotel and very close to Palace of Versailles. We were surprised that there is no restaurant at the weekend, only a cafe. However both items on the menu of 2 things were cooked to perfection and service was impeccable

Hotellet var lett å finne. Kort avstand til både slottet og togstasjonen. Vi valgt hovedsakelig hotellet som utgangspunkt for Paris. Siden vi leide bil ønsket vi å styre unna trafikken i Paris, og finne et sted med rimelig parkering. Det var parkering for hotellets gjester i kjelleren som fungerte fint. Dette koster en avgift per natt. Vi fikk et rom […] i 4 etasje med balkong og fin utsikt. Rommet var rent, men det var noe slitt. Særlig badet kunne trengt en oppussing. Noen av flisene var knust, og det hadde gjort seg med varmekabler på badet. Vegg til vegg teppet nærme badet var fuktig. Ser imidlertidig ut som at mange av de andre rommene er pusset opp. En grunn til å velge dette hotellet er den fantastiske buffetfrokosten. Veldig godt utvalg av brødvarer, pålegg og varmretter. Guter Gesamteindruck. Zimmer gut eingerichtet, aber recht klein. Preise variieren stark je nach Buchungs-zeitraum. Hotel liegt nahe zum Schloss. RER-Station (Schnellbahn nach Paris Zentrum) ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Alugamos um carro no aeroporto e fomos primeiro a Giverny conhecer os jardins de Claude Monet que são realmente maravilhosos, viemos dormir no hotel que é bem acolhedor, staff super atencioso, café da manhã excelente, e no dia seguinte visitamos o Palácio de Versalhes que fica bem próximo ao hotel. Lembrar que os jardins do castelo podem ser visitados […] até as oito horas da noite, daí logo pela manhã vc vai visitar o castelo propriamente dito. A sala dos espelhos é imperdível.Há bares e restaurantes num raio de 500 metros. Lugar excelente. 詳情

Les travaux en cours de ravalement des façades provoquent des nuisances sonores rendant "l'atmosphère" de notre séjour particulière et surtout pas en adéquation avec les **** de l'hôtel... Mais surtout, l'état des chambres: spots de moisissures aux murs, odeur désagréable de la moquette et pire encore odeurs d'égouts dans les couloirs d'accès aux chambres […] sont autant de points négatifs inadmissibles dans un hôtel de cette classe..
