"Nice Hotel. Expensive. Not International"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月28日留下評價Nice, clean, well decorated Hotel. However staff do not speak good english. I had big trouble in checking in as they refused to give me the 'TWO BEDROOMS' suite which i have booked and clearly stated on the booking confirmation. I was told the price I was paying was only for ' TWO BEDS'. That wasted me 2 hours and i couldn't get my room until my lawyer calling the hotel manager. As a frequet traveller, I could say that the guest relations of this hotel is not meeting the international standard while the price is certainly a 5 star price. Anyhow, the hotel is nice with a well equipped open kitchen in each room. Friendly staff and a safe neighbourhood. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping malls are within 10 mins drive.

"Out of the way and Average"
This hotel was a let down compared to average Novotel standard. All F+B was overpriced and very mediocre. The breakfast was a joke. The weight room maxed out with 10lb weights. Not too useful. Hotel is in Morumbi but in a less useful location than most of the other nearby hotels.Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Excellent Hotel"
Stayed here for 3 nights awaiting a replacement passport from one of the nearby consulates. Not much around the immediate area but really close to the business district and the excellent Morumbi Shopping mall. There was always a taxi available at the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern - typical European styling - rooms not big by North American standards […] but more than adequate. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meals that we had were good and of good value for money. The staff were very helpful and most spoke enough English for us to get by. Free internet use on the modern Mac computers in the lobby and WiFi available in-room for a hourly or daily charge. "Novotel in Morumbi Sao Paulo"
Loved the room, but hated the location. Not safe to walk outside hotel. From hotel window you can see the slums nearby. O Hotel é lindo, manutenção perfeita, staff maravilhoso. O problema é sua localização. É mt perto de favela e é perigoso andar por ali a pé. Além disso é longe de metrô, ponto d ônibus... só dá pra sair de taxi/carro. Recomendo procurar hospedagem em um bairro mais seguro.Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

Estive com minha família durante um dia neste hotel tivemos problemas com o check in (assumo que por descuido com a documentação das crianças, mas ainda assim o hotel poderia ter facilitado as coisas, tivemos que esperar com uma criança de dois anos debaixo do sol dentro do carro mesmo tendo todos os dados de pagamento confirmados. Quanto ao quarto […] super apertado com infiltaracao na parede que divide o interior do quarto com o banheiro sofá cama muito desconfortável produtos dentro do quarto sobre taxados e uma péssima vista para uma favela Realmente não recomendo 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
