Stayed at this hotel en route from euro tunnel to the French alps. Ideal as they could cater for a family of 4 ( mom, dad and 2 kids) In one room unlike some of the other hotels whose max is 3 persons. It was cheaper than booking 2 rooms in the other hotels. 24 hr reception so no pressure to get there before a certain time to check in. lots of free […] parking. Easy to find, sign posted straight from A 6. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities and toiletries. Ideal for the stopover. Will stay again and would recommend to friends. 詳情

Very nice stay. Novotel is clearly a step above competitors in overall value. Although not luxurious, very comfortable and comparable to American style hotels in spaciousness. Easily accomodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers which is rare in Europe.

Verkehrgünstig gelegenes business hotel an der Peripherie von Lyon gelegen Im Preis-Leistungsverhältniss zu teuer, man läßt sich die Lage bezahlen. Badezimmer sind sehr primitiv; bei 4 Sternen sollte mehr geboten werden. Positiv separate Toilette.

Hôtel globalement satisfaisant, à regretter toutefois un accueil peu chaleureux, et quelques manques d'attention. 1 seule dosette de café soluble par chambre (y compris pour une réservation double), il s'agirait d'une instruction donnée par le directeur, on frise la mesquinerie. Hôtel plutôt destiné au touristes d'affaire à priori?

Bien dans l'ensemble. 2 anomalies ont été signalées concernant cette chambre et prises en compte. Concernant le Petit déjeuner au bar, il semblerait nécessaire lorsque plusieurs personnes attendent que le serveur se consacre uniquement au bar plutôt que d'aller et venir entre la salle de restaurant et celui-ci. La chambre est propre, bien équipée, fonctionnelle. J'apprécie aussi le grand écran plat TV. Enfin, l'hôtel est très bien situé avec parking.

l'hotel est très agréable et facile d'accès. La piscine est très bien sécurisée pour les enfants. Le seul petit bémol est la chambre avec enfants est vraiment petite.
