Despite being the leading hotel in Douglas for the past thirty years, this property is well maintained, although the carpeting in the hallways needs to be replaced. My room was clean and comfortable. A good place to stay if one is not traveling on a strict budget.

While we experienced a couple of issues, the hotel made it right. It is an older property that has been kept in shape. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The nightly rate was fair. We will stay there again.

With an indoor pool and convenient location, it is the best value hotel we stayed at during our 10-day vacation. The hotel could use a bit of maintenance and updating but is still a good value.

Breakfast was nice, hotel was nice. In our travels thru S. Dakota and Wyoming, this was the best hotel of them all.
