I absolutely loved it, and would like to return every year for a week. This hotel was the best on our whole trip. Quiet, beautiful, easy walk to park, spa and town.

The rooms were not nice, in need of major renovation

Well located for travel and conveniences but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable - though the air conditioning is somewhat unreliable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Eating places and the railway station is within a walking distance. The indoor pool which is advertised is for all practical purposes not available for the guests.

We found this hotel very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating around the hotel for relaxing. Our room on the top floor was lovely with a large bathroom and balcony with lovely views over the park and town, but very quiet.The only downside was that your need to be up before dawn to locate a sunbed around the pool area, as towels were on the beds […] at 6.30a.m., and feel that this is a policy the hotel should remedy as we were there for one week and were never able to locate a sunbed until very late afternoon . We would however recommend this hotel and location for convenience of exploring the nearby tourist attractions. 詳情

The Hotel is beautiful. The staff are very nice with very good english. It is deffinitely a 4 star and I do not believe the website does it justice. When we arrived we were given a room in what appears to be the old part of the hotel and on the second night I complained. We were then lucky enough to be moved to the new rooms on the third floor of the […] new building. The manager on nights was very helpful and the staff were very helpful also. They helped me with the bags as I carried our small child to bed. This room was outstanding. It looked like a suite witha balcony and fantastic views. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast was great, with a great choice. The hotel is walking distance from the train station. Be careful with the taxis, they can be very expensive. 10-13 euros from the station which is only a 3 minute drive. Make sure you ask the taxi driver first for the price. The taxi drivers always look like they are not doing business (I wonder why). This is a boutique hotel with an upmarket clientele. There is no messing there and it is very relaxing. I would deffinitely recommend this hotel but be sure you get one of the newer rooms. There is a supermarket 15 mins walk away and it sells food etc., for cheap prices. The local little shops are expensive. There appears to be Farmacia's everywhere and they are expensive also. 詳情

The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood, a bit too far to walk with luggage from the train station, but otherwise within walking distance of attractions. The public areas in the hotel have been recently renovated, but the room we had needed renovation; old carpeting, minimal decor. Generelt et dejligt ophold. Vi prøvede blot deres restaurant een gang, hvilket ikke var imponerende. Byen er primært til ældre mennesker. Vælg en anden by hvis man søger liv om aftenen.

Gli spazi comuni sono belli e ammodernati masi dorme in camera e la camera è un disastro! vecchia sporca e umida. moquette vecchia e sporca oltre che antiigienica persino sulla porta di ingresso, serrature con chiave e portachiavi in ottone come nei 2 stelle, aperta l'acqua calda del bidet è uscita acqua gialla!! segno che la camera non era utilizzata […] da parecchio, carta da parati che si stacca....Una camera del genere non è degna di un 2 stelle. Arredi con mobili di diverso stile accozzati tra loro... A notre arrivée, ils ne trouvaient pas notre réservation. Après recherche et au bout d'un quart d'heure, ils l 'avaient !!!! Nous avons été surclassé en junior suite. Hotel agréable et personnel trés accueillant.Nous recommandons les massages et nous avons été déçus que le spa ne soit pas en service.

Wij waren hier 1,5 wk met 2 volw. en 2 kids (12 en 11).Eerste nacht in "bijgebouw" in 3-pers.kamer met zgn kingsize bed (echt niet!) en 3e bed. Door ons geklaag was er de volgende dag wel een 4-pers kamer (zonder bijbetalen,want probeert men wel eerst!). Dat was n prima kamer in Hoofdgebouw.Airco in beide ruimtes (brede opening van ouder slaapkamer […] naar bijkamer) met balkon. 2 grote LCD's,minibar kluis en grote badkamer.Staand douchen in badkuip zonder gordijn of scherm.Veel Italiaanse (echt:-) oude hotelgasten,maar geen last van.Hotel is primair op hen gericht zoals dansavond met live muziek. Zwembad is wel erg klein en ondiep,maar kids mochten alles zo ook gebruik van overkapte welnessbad. Sauna e.a. niet gedaan, wel fitness. Zwembad met te weinig ligstoelen, maar directie accepteert geen "handdoekje leggen".Bijna altijd een paar ligstoelen gehad. Geen parasols:-( Terras en onder boom wel schaduw. Gratis Handoekenservice. Uitgebreid goed ontbijt (gratis cappucino op bestelling maar wel dokken voor gekookt ei. Kan echt niet en het blijft jammer dat de Italianen geen lekker brood hebben. Hotel is verder echt OK, met prijzen die bij hotel passen (wijn en bier aan dure kant!). Hotel ligt ca 10 min. lopen van centrum met restaurants en winkels.Montecatini Terme is beetje vergane glorie! Voor bezoek aan Florence (60 min /trein), Lucca (30 min /auto),Pisa,Viareggio (ca 45 min), goed te doen. Siena en Chianti te doen maar meer dan een uur. 詳情

Many good restaurants close by. Hotel was a bit hard to find, since all streets in Montecatini Terme seams to be one way streets. GPS is recommended! Town was cute and had a good selection of restaurants. Pool area in hotel was good. Room really old and needs to be updated and renovated. Dejligt hotel beliggend tæt på centrum. Fik et dejligt dobbeltværelse med stort badeværelse og air-condition. Spiste en enkelt aften i restauranten og det var desværre ikke nogen stor oplevelse. De andre aftener gik vi ud og spiste i byen. Hotellet har et udemærket pool-område. De havde dog det samme problem, som du møder andre steder - for få liggestole. […] Så klokken 7.30 om morgenen var alle liggestole optaget af gæsternes håndklæder og selv om hotellet forsøgte at gøre gæsterne opmærksomme på, at man ikke skulle lægge håndklæder på stolene og så bare forlade pool området og så først komme tilbage senere på dagen for at bruge stolene. Hotellet ligger godt placeret, hvis man ønsker at bo tæt på byerne Pisa og Firence. Prisen er rimelig og du er kun en ca. 30 min til nogen af de flotteste seværdigheder i Toscana området. Camera spaziosa, bagno grandissimo, personale cortese, ambiente di lusso! Unica pecca che alcuni particari, ad esempio la rubinetteria nel bagno ( molto pulito) è un po' datata nelle cromature ( si vede l'usura dei pezzi dovuta )!
