Hotel is next door to Appleby's and Rib place and close to the Outlets. The room was fine except carpet seemed dated. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Happy hour snacks wereinimal. My only complaint was overzealous server taking my breakfast items when I went to get juice, even after I told them I would return. Overall good stay, would return.

The staff was friendly, service was fast. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast buffet featuring custom-made omelets. Nice front and backyard views, the first floor looked like an indoor plaza. We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites. This was our second time here, but this time we brought our two children. The hotel is in a great location. Excellent. Front desk very good and responsive to my needs. Amanda was so awesome. Just a natural for the business! Food was excellent and the people working the breakfast were excellent. First time I have ever stayed at an embassy suites---it will not be the last.

This was our second stay because we also had a great time staying here two years ago. The complete breakfast is one of the best features of Embassy Suites. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In one of our rooms (we travelled with the extended family this time) the aid conditioner wasn't working. They promptly sent a maintenance person to fix thse […] problem and within 30 minutes the problem was resolved. It is also conveniently located near the airport and Highway 75, if you travel by car. The place is very nice. Great food. Nice pool and spa. Close to a huge shopping outlet Mall, Public Golf Course, nice restaurants, major shopping Malls. Near enough to the airport but not hear it.

The happy hour and cooked to order breakfast was wonderful. Overall very happy with our stay. Our room was clean, the bathroom tub/shower needs new caulk or should be scrubbed well to get the black that looks like mold off it. Everything else...great! Would stay again.

We found this hotel very clean, very friendly , great services ,everyone tries to make your stay special, excellent shuttle service to the airport and surrounding areas , had a nice talk with the driver . Great value and great location . Will definitely stay at the same hotel if we are in the area .

Great access to I-75 and to the Miromar Outlet Mall (fantastic deals). The included breakfast - full breakfast - and evening manager's special are fantastic add-ons. The free shuttle provides fantastic access to all amenities in Coconut Point and Bonita. Room carpets could use a cleaning. Rooms were pleasantly quiet given the fact that windows open […] to the main court in the centre of the hotel (always remember to close the curtains). Good location and easy access. Bright helpful staff. Room was larger than I expected and had all the amenities necessary. My only complaint would be that there was no bottled water available in the room and when I went to the drinks dispenser on the floor it only had soda pop available as all the water was empty.
