房間view係隔離montein pool view,toilet有異味,冇毛巾要complain先轉,第二日先轉到,得smoking room,no choose,staff講non-smoking room要6 may先有房,最尾果日仲狼狽,游完水上去冲凉,房咭用唔到,搞左20分鐘先得,waste our times

酒店地點非常方便，對面就是沙灘。酒店房間一般，房內掛了兩張已故明星大相有點驚怕。退房時，有點混亂,兩房間連雪櫃門都沒有開過，就說我們全都用了飲料，需要寫証明才可退房。

比想像中好好多! 服務員真的將我們當成Super Star, 每一個都很親切, 臉上都有一副開心笑容! 感覺上每一個都是發自內心的! 這一個不是每一間酒店都會有的! 泳池非常非常漂亮! 尤其晚上的泳池, 加上酒店五顏六色的燈光! 泳池也很大, 游得好舒服!!!! 另外我們只訂三晚不包早餐的, 但不知為何入住時送贈免費晚餐自助餐! 他的海鮮燒烤非常好吃!! 推介不想外出可以一試~ 房間也很乾淨, 很舒適!

Excellent Hotel with good facilities and an excellent pool area. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Highlight of the hotel are its excellent staff who always greet you with a welcoming smile and are always helpful. Poolside entertainment also deserves a mention as was fun and well organised. Friendly staff, good location, nice atmosphere, great pool. Beware renovation work is going on, so lots of noise during the day. They warn you of this only at check in, but in all honesty that didn't matter too much, will most likely go back.

Veldig bra uteområde, lekkert basseng og egen strand. Rett ved siden av Central Festival Shopping Mall og gangavstand til ALT!! Andre enden av stranda finner man Waliking Street (15 min å gå). Lekkert rom og herlig frokost...

Detta är onekligen ett hotell för barnfamiljer. Fin pool och många aktiviteter. Rummen är något slitna, inte så bekväma möbler. Rum med King size säng har "connection doors", vilket kan medföra extra oväsen från grannarna. Välj inte detta! Frukosten är ok, dock inte så mycket extra rätter som fisk/biff. Min son, 7 år, älskar detta hotell!

直前の週末の予約でスーペリア、デラックスは満室のためkings club sea view の部屋を取りました。チェックインなど各フロアにある特別ラウンジで行うなど一般の部屋より多少の差別化がされています。部屋は広くないですが、清潔に保たれていました。プールのactivity や週末のform X という泡のプールパーティは子供連れや若いカップルには楽しめるかもしれません。
