my booked room has upgraded, however the desks are covered with dust. no one has cleaned it as we come in, the next day' stay i was satisfied. the view from balcony was great with surfer pardise beaches. overall, it is great!

Only sports channels on cable, no spa with the pool, had a late checkout and was walked in by staff three time prior to checkout time. Friendly staff tho and nice rooms

Very good location, kind staff. Room was old but relatively clean. One poor point is a noise between room.

Everything was great bar the king size bed was two smaller beds pushed together and find out what time the tourist buses have breakfast. Some nationalities are extremely slow,if you get stuck behind them, go down the road for your feed.

Close to all you need in Surfers. Very friendly staff, got to use shower after check out (day at beach, late flight out). Pool towels 3 AUS.

The hotel is good for the price and location. The room werre not clean to average standards, even the TV set was not working and the dust undernearth was there since ever. Was replaced by another dinosaur TV. The staff was nice and very helpful. The pool area a disgrace, packed with all sort of not very clean people, water coloured by suntans and others. […] Would never put a toe there. fairly good but rooms a little small for what we had payed for!!

A bit dated room, but pool and public areas are new and clean. Great fitness room! Very good location, just a block from the beach and all the action, restaurants and shopping of the city centre outside your doorstep.

This hotel proved to be a welcome handy place to stay for a family of four for a short stray on the Gold Coast. Close to all the action and with friendly and helpful staff.

nice hotel with nice rooms but the room we had needs refit the table was very worn the bathroom door is rotting on the bottom the tv was old the walls are severely markedbut overall a nice hotel for a weekend away

A comfortable hotel to stay in. Very clean and the view is good. Near the beach as well. There is parking inside the hotel, and they charged a reasonable rate per night of parking. There are a few seafood restaurants below the hotel. However, we went to the Korean food joint to have dinner just 2 blocks down the road. Convenient location.

Fine hotel. Spacious airy room. Large balcony. Tidy and well serviced. Staff pleasant, helpful and informative. Location excellent. Right at center of Surfers. I need to check unknown small item charged to credit card.

Could not park at the hotel - had to either park on the street or in a public car park. This was not advertised when I made the booking. The facilities were no better than other hotels in the area, so it is difficult to recommend the hotel.

Close to the beach with a nice pool and very friendly staff.

Dining was a wonderful experience. Professional team and great food. Management handled requests with ease. Younger Staff on Check-In counter could do with re training and courtesy lessons though. Seems the younger generation at the hotel really have not grasped what it means to be working in hospitality as yet. The room was very clean and the view […] of the wheel was spectaculous at night time. The wife was extremely pleased with the fact the beach and other shopping facilities were within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, 9 1/2 out of a score of 10 from us. We stayed in a spa suite and were pretty impressed with the level of cleanliness and class. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Only setback was that there was an old school tv with no dvd player. However, we didnt come all the way to surfers paradise to watch tv so it didnt really bother us. とにかくシティのど真ん中というのが便利。 駐車場は近隣の地下に１日１７A＄(約1500円)で停められる。１７＄は高いけど、何しろオーストラリアは総じて物価が高い。いかに日本がデフレかを痛感出来た。 ホテル敷地内にプールやジム・サウナも設備されていて、ベッドも広くて心地良かった。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

清潔感とホテルマンのサービス精神が行き届いてました。

Hotellet ligger bra till med nära till shopping och stranden. Bra pool med solstolar samt träningsmöjligheter i ett eget gym (litet). Jagade en rätt stor kackerlacka på rummet dagen innan vi skulle checka ut, förutom den detaljen var det rent och snyggt på rummet. ゴールドコーストのほぼ中心にあり、 海岸に行くにも街に行くにも徒歩圏内で便利でした。 また、置いてあるアメニティーの石鹸の香りが良くて、 とても癒されました。
