My wife and I stayed here for a night after spending the day at the Fryeburg Fair. We found the whole hotel to be clean, neat, and very comfortable. The room was quiet and the AC unit was also quiet. Very clean property an easy to find, short time to beaches an water park. only reason not to give 5 stars was a long dark hair in clean white sheet.. but that was maybe from person making bed ..sheets were clean! We stayed for one night. The hotel while a few minutes drive from the main attractions was easy to get to from the highway. The room and overall hotel were very clean. The staff was also very friendly. We did not use the pool. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Of the several hotels we stayed in, this one had the best breakfast.
