The hotel is in a great location, it has fabulous views and is clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful.

Bar clinical and unwelcoming, also shut at 10 in the evening. Food bland and uninteresting, This was not a 4 star experience. Our room balcony had a large extractor duct along the balcony railing.

The parking situation was miserable. The hotel was very dated and, although it offers air conditioning, it will not let you set it below balmy. Also, park view literally means parking lot view and the hotel is not right on Lake Bled. It is however just a short walk away and the hotel's breakfast at least offered some variety.

On the plus side the hotel had friendly and efficient staff and a nice breakfast with a wide selection. From arrival point reception good and light and airy and modern look which then leads to more disappointing features. Dining room and bar area all need refurbishing - not inviting places to linger frankly. Wonderfully located, only 2 minutes from the lake. A very pleasant and nice quality hotel, which was terrific value for money. Would recommend it without hesitation. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the service was fine. The breakfast was plentiful and had a wide choice. How can you go wrong at this price?

The hotel was good value for money and perhaps even better than I thought it would be. The main odd thing about it is that the front (lake facing) side of the hotel was in total darkness from 10pm onwards, so there were not even any attempts at any communal parts being open or a bar serving drinks at that time. Having said that, there were plenty of […] bars in Bled within a 5 minute walk so it was not a major problem, just a little odd. The other peculiar thing about this hotel is that the fitness facilities were open 9-12pm and 3- 9pm. There seemed to be no rationale at all for closing them in the early afternoon. The jacuzzi was nice and the views from the front of the hotel were spectacular. We had a room which faced 'mountains' or to be more precise car park and trees but it was absolutely fine for the price we paid. This hotel looked like a lower end four star hotel and that it is exactly what it was, but it was clean, there was a safe, minibar, comfortable beds and a decent shower. We arrived very tired from a full day of travel, looking forward to a quiet night and the lake view. We experienced neither. The Lake View room we were allocated had the view blocked by a giant marquee and then, in the evening the band started up and we could not hear the TV, let alone try to sleep. The first attempt to talk to the staff was met with […] a shrug of the shoulders. The second attempt, when we asked why we had been placed just above the band, resulted in a response of "bad luck". We booked the hotel because of the pool, but with the lake to swim in the pool was redundant. Our room was lovely, really really big cozy bed, but its balcony was right over the car park and main entrance. it was quite a bit extra to have a lake view. The staff were nice enough, but the whole place lacked any real personality. if you are going for work […] or to use the gym then this would be perfect, but personally i found the big breakfast room empty and reminiscent of being at a conference.. not being on holiday. 詳情

Hyvä sijainti ja ihan jees hotelli. Aurinkotasanne uima-altaineen ei niin hieno, mitä kuva antaa olettaa. Mukavia lisäpalveluita tarjoilla, kuten piknik-kori retkelle. Aamupala ei hääppöinen, mutta ihan jees sekin.

Da das Hotel am 6.8.sehr gut gebucht war, wurden wir in ein Zimmer ohne Fenster nach außen abgeschoben, obwohl wir schriftlich ein Balkonzimmer parkseitig zugesagt hatten. Das Zimmer schloß war nur mit viel Gedulg aufzusperren. Der Innenpool hat leider erst ab 09:00 Uhr Zugang, sodaß ein Bad vor dem Frühstück nicht möglich war.

Lady in reseption was incredible rude. Then there was not lake view in lake side rooms. We tried to change room, but it wasn´t possible. Breakfast was good and pool nice.

Hotelli sijaitsi kävelymatkan päässä kaikista keskeisistä nähtävyyksistä ja palveluista Bledissä. Näköala huoneesta oli upea. Aamiainen oli runsas ja maittava.

A reggelinél felszolgált ételek és italok minősége nem volt minden esetben megfelelő. A péksütemények nem voltak frissek, a teavíznek erős mellékíze volt, a gyümölcslevelek rossz minőségű szörpökből készültek, a rántotta sótlan és nagyon olajos volt.

camera pulita, il terzo letto aggiunto per mia figlia era invece un pò ballerino. Struttura vicino al centro e molto comoda.Ottimi i servizi offerti dall'hotel nella parte fitness e piscina. Personale gentile e accogliente. Io ci ritorno e lo consiglio alle famiglie visto che la piscina è una fonte di gioco notevole per i bambini.
