"a cosy and convenient hotel"

The C1 bus comes every 10 mins and it can bring you to metro station and the airport. That's already convenient for you to travel around in Dubai :)

Development continues, both along the coast and on artificial offshore islands. O&O have built a beautiful suite of properties but I'm afraid, at this price level, the service simply isn't up to it. Check-in took 30 mins and was overly-fussy, our room had no bottled water on arrival, the restaurant reservation system requires, normally, two different call-backs from reception and then they are very inflexible and misleading in […] the information given. There is no pool bar yet also no pool facilities for kids, thereby catering to neither adults nor families. I will admit to being demanding but at 50% more than the Jumeirah Beach hotel (where I stayed in the week preceding this stay), it's not really worth it. 詳情

Hi All I was there during the last weekend with my friends and we reserved 4 rooms. I have the following reservations: 1- Maintenance ( the refrigerator in my room was not working and i called them to fix it but they came after 2 days when i called the manager!!!!!!). 2- Air conditioning ( I found the room worm and when i called them to fix the AC , […] they said they can’t take the temperature less than 22 degrees because it is hot outside !!!!). 3- Room Service ( will take them ages to bring your food to the room ). 4- Noise ( the room is very noisy and you will not feel relaxed, you will hear the noise in the rooms beside and above you. 5- During check out , it took them more than an hour to bring the luggage!!!!!. 6- During check out, they settled the amount on the rooms by blocking some amount on my credit card and told me after 2 week we will release your credit card !!!!! I never seen this in my life. 7- My mobile was died , poor network coverage. In general, i dont recommend this hotel. Regards Sultan 詳情

Check in took a while, the room was great, as was the quality and luxury that you would expect from this hotel. However if you don't want alot of kids, and noise around, you may want to stay at the other wing ( The Palace). Breakfast, even though not a full hotel, we had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Room service was hit and miss....a bit clumsy, […] and forgot basics like water, salt and pepper.... the turn down service did not happen one evening, so no water! Over all a good experience, but when you are paying big money, you expect the little things to go without a hitch. As there are so many five star hotels in Dubai, I am likely to try another for my next visit. 詳情
