I had to book an additional night through Hotels.com before I left for my trip due to my meeting schedule. Once I arrived I spoke with the associate at the front desk to see if I could stay all 3 days in the same room. Because I had to book an additional day the reservation gave me a different room for the 3rd nights stay. The associate said they moved […] my room from a queen to a double bed room in order to accommodate me. When I got back to my room at 10:00PM the last night of my stay all of my things had been removed and taken to the concierge store room. This was unsettling as someone went through my things to pack me up. I did get everything back which took 2 trips. So needless to say I was a bit upset. 詳情

the decor is wanna be posh, but it's just campy. Then again, it is Houston. The rooms are small and the people at the front desk are not very friendly. Food is on the bad side and it takes FOREVER to get your car at the valet. Don't go.

All good apart from Valet who seem to have changed since my last visit, the seemed determined to destroy the park break on my car even though I expalined its function to them on multiple occasions. Otherwise as ever a good stay. ZZIP Seems to no longer mean anything though.

The hotel was different than the typical hotel. It was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and accessible to the zoo and shopping as well as the hospital. Hotel ZaZa's "taxi service" was very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

The reason for my trip to Houston was not for pleasure, but Zaza certainly did a great job of helping me enjoy it anyways. It was honestly a 'de-stressing' atmosphere. From the comfort of the room to the friendliness of the ever-accommodating staff, I felt like I was being taking care of the whole time. camera was misplaced by staff

They take themselves a little more seriously than they should. That said, accommodations are very comfy, bar/ restaurant is also very nice after long day of meetings.

Excellent hotel with great views, service is above standard. The bar and lounge in hotel was a great place to unwind after the rodeo. We ate breakfast the next morning at hotel and everyone was extremely pleased with thier entrees. Decor is very classy and well worth the price per night. The ZaZa is an amazing hotel in comfort, elegance, and service. The staff is friendly, attentive and intent on ensuring your stay is a great retreat.

Kelly booked me in a room with a balcony that gave a great view, but the most important thing was done by Kat at the front when I checked in. She provided me with about 7 roses which saved me time and money.thank you kat that is the type of customer service I am really appreciate!!!

Hotel ZaZa is in a great location for seeing Houston. It is within easy walking distance of the light rail to go to downtown. There was a long line at check-in, because of having only one staff member at the desk. The hallways were too dimly lit; it was way below what would be considered appropriate ambient lighting. Over all it was not a good experience. But the room was clean the facility was quiet.

Hotel is great! I love the location! Restaurant, bar and small dance floor are great. Music at dance floor was way too old, could stand to be updated. Amenities in room were disappointing.

Make sure you don't get stuck with the 'standard queen' above the kitchen ...except of course if you love wreaking of hamburgers and onion rings, I've stayed @ Zsa Zsa numerous times ...by far best overall hotel in Houston, possibly TX. just make sure they don't put you above the kitchen :)

Exquisite staff, superb location, awesome parties that you won't have to listen to if you decide to get to the room a little earlier than the other guests!

I felt like I was in another country without leaving my home town Houston, TX. An experience I will never forget. I highly recommend Hotel Za Za to everyone whatever the occasion. I plan to go back for a week-end this summer.

We love Hotel ZaZa and I make sure that us where we stay in Houston. Not your cookie cutter hotel.

the hotel is very trendy; for a middle aged person it is too dark and the smaller rooms are New York sized. the restaurant is also trendy, good live misic, busy bar; the room is rather noisy; the wait staff are wonderful; the menu reads with promise but the actual food does not live up to it

The hotel itself was very nice. Amongst the best I had stayed at before. My only gripe is the over priced valet. They attempt to make it up to you in free shuttle service (within a 5mile radius). The only problem with that is, I feel obligated to tip them. So I end up spending even more for transportation. Overall, the stay was awesome. Stayed for a night. The room was great, a bit small but quite comfortable. The restaurant was great, super service there with very helpful staff. The only fly in the ointment was the service at the main desk, I had to wait 5-10 mins with only one person in front of me to check-in. My colleagues enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the car service that took us to Kroger to buy some supplies for our event. He waited and then took us back to the hotel. Great service!

Excellent hotel, excellent attention to detail and the service from bellman to maid was outstanding. I don't use these words lightly, I've stayed many places this was by far the best.

My recent stay at Hotel Zaza was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful, and he shuttle service was super convenient. I will definitely stay there every time I travel to Houston.

My Husband and I spent our 1 year anniversary at Hotel Zaza and it was wonderful!

This is one of my favorites and I loved finding the hotel at hotels.com since the reservation desk at the hotel said they were sold out for the evening when I called earlier. Made for a great night and morning!

So my husband and I make reservation to Hotel Za Za.Big! Joke! Hence the new Name for the place... Hotel Ha ! Ha! To start off check in time is 4:00 p.m. We arrive at 5:00 and were quickly told the room was still being cleaned??? And why would that be when the guest that stay here are paying a very high price for just a room with a bed in it... Which […] is exactly what it is. Not to mention they insist that you Valet your car and then charge you $27.00 for that. Excuse me... I think a s a courtesy this fee should be waived just alone on the price of the room with a bed in it and the guest are paying such a high price... Come on people... Are we so intent on paying an outrageous price for a room that you are not even allowed to step out on your high priced balcony and smoke a cigarette?? Just to be fooled into merely smart hotel merchandising?So. there are no bathtubs? Why? Because you can go down to the spa and pay!!! to take a bath... Ha! Ha! What a smart trick... Every who is going to stay at a hotel wants to maybe relax in a hot tub after spending money and sight seeing all day. But at Hotel Ha! Ha! you don't have that option either in your overpriced room with a bed in it. You only have a shower... A shower that you can't turn on and adjust the water temperature unless your inside it all ready get burned by hot water or frozen by cold water. Or you could stand outside and reach in to adjust the water but then water is getting all over the floor !!! Again... What kinda place is this but a big charade to fool the guest that he/ she are getting treated like royalty. And as far as the overpriced rooms they are nothing special... The valet is slow. There is no coffee pot in the room. The bathroom had only one sink and no bathtub. Front desk was rude. $6 for a bottle of water. The only good thing was the balcony.

A truly uniquely gorgeous hotel. Only stayed overnight, wish I could've had a bit more time. Lots of lovely artistic surprises, with art on my headboard, fresco-type art in the elevators, art in the hallways - loved the funky print of Gary Oldman's Dracula across the hall from my room! They have a business center equipped with a PC and Mac, along with […] printers, etc., for those of us who aren't traveling with laptops and therefore can't make use of the wi-fi. Dog-friendly (they had a bowl of kibbles and a bowl of water at the main entrance). Not very smoker friendly (it took me a walk around the place to locate the ash tray). And BOY was it hot (that's not Zaza's fault). But really, a great, fantastic place. Highly recommend. 詳情

Only issue was valet parking. Took a very long time to get your car. Call 30mins prior and still had to wait for car.

Had business in Houston and coupled it with a visit to my son whos is a student at Rice. Perfect location for that, also near Texas Medical Center. A boutique style hotel, with very comfortable beds. Rather than a coffee maker in your room they have coffee on every floor, which I think is better, as the coffee is better and you don't have to fiddle […] with it yourself. Roof service was decent, but not great, but the bartender brought me my drink immediately rather than waiting for the food to be ready, which was a nice touch. Free wi-fi is nice, and the hotel clearly has a vibe, and certainly more of a soul than those fancy chains in the Galleria area. 詳情

What a wonderful place to visit. The hotel itself is an experience. A happy, smiling staff that was eager to please. The lounge was wonderful and ZaSpa was top notch. While you're there, check out the gym and maybe go for a run in Hermann Park - wonderful track there and only about 3 blocks South.
