"Excellent Hotel Around Osaka JR Station"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年04月29日留下評價This is by far the best hotel in urban area of Osaka that I had ever stayed. The hotel is absolutely new, neat and stylish. Rooms (I stayed in two different rooms during my 1-night+3-night there) are relatively big when comparing with other hotels I stayed in Japan. Beds are comfortable and clean. Location is good too, as it is just within 10 minutes walk from the Osaka JR station.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone spoke perfect English and were eager to show it off. The room's decor was a bit outdated, but overall it was comfortable and very clean. We had the most amazing view of Osaka Castle! Very easy access to the JR and subway lines allowing for easy exploration of Osaka.

Excellent serviice overall. Great bakery call the "Sweet shop" with Cream Puffs to die for. bring a 3 prong plug converter or the desk will supply one. could us a few more 110 outlets. Very good concierge-always helpful and willing to find out the answer if they didn't have right off the bat.

This is definately a business oriented hotel, but that said it is a great facility. Across the river from the Osaka Castle grounds with subway and above ground rail stations just a short walk away to anywhere else in the city. Conceirge and many other employee's spoke good English. Service all around is just excellant as you would expect from an upper […] class Japanese hotel. Family types may want to stay closer to the more normal attractions like the Universal Studios & Osaka Harbor attractions. Besides the Osaka Castle, Nara a World Heritage Site is only 40 minutes from the hotel via express train. Osaka Tower and shopping area is only 20 minutes away by rail. 這飯店很棒, 比鄰大阪城公園, 我選的房間是面對公園的, 所以晚上從房間可以直接看到天守閣, 超美. 飯店人員也很親切, 服務挺到位的, 除了晚上一直聽到蹦蹦的聲音, 不曉得是房間樓板薄, 還是有小孩在跳躍... 有請服務人員幫忙協調, 不過還是到挺晚才停止. 不過我相信不會每個人都遇到這情形, 依然推薦給大家喔!!

土日につなげて3泊、仕事と観光半々。 ビジネス街として開拓された地区にあるので、面白みには全く欠ける環境。 周辺の夜は閑散としており、外食はビジネス街のビルに入居している飲食店、または京橋駅周辺の飲み屋街。 大阪城には近いが、繁華街へは電車に乗るので、繁華街の観光目的には地の利が悪い。 出陣時は電車や乗り換えも気にならないが、凱旋時は面倒になり、タクシーに。 大阪城公園駅からは5分程度であるが、階段がある（エスカレーターやエレベータは見当たらない）ので、荷物があると大変。 建物は築25年、古いがメンテナンスは良く、清潔。 ベッドは柔らかめ。 スタッフの対応は大変に良い。

Cet hôtel est tout à fait satisfaisant de tout point de vue : propreté, confort, personnel disponible et au petits soins. La seul réserve est le niveau de prix des chambres élevé (mais pas injustifié compte tenu des prestations) et de la restauration sur place (soutenue mais très qualitative).
