We stayed in the Superior room and it was spacious for the value. All the front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and provide good service. All 4 people in our group consider that their service is better than many 5-star international brand hotels. A hotel which I will recommend to others and will stay again when I travel to Taipei again.

服务优秀！入住第一日，气温未达台北供暖标准，房间感觉较冷，给酒店反映后迅速拿来取暖器及被子解决了问题。并且酒店所有服务人员态度亲切、热情，有问必答，宾至如归！謝謝！

說不收影印費，但印了三張，卻收到三百元，感覺只有付多錢，才會有好服務！ 還有問有沒有烘頭機，也沒有！ 問什麼都沒有，很差！

This hotel has great services, and everyone is so polite and helpful. The location is very convenient and only 5 minutes walk to the transit station. I would stay here again when I come back to Taipei, Taiwan.

It is located 5 mins (walk) from the MRT station. There isn't much in terms of shopping or good restaurants nearby but once on the MRT, everything is accessible. The room was clean, comfortable ans spacious (I got the deluxe room). My only complaint is the level of service at breakfast. For example, the guy at the egg station doesn't know how to cook […] eggs. Front desk staff is very good. I would stay again but skip the breakfast buffet. 詳情

Stayed there for 4 nights. Service was excellent, location was desirable, which was a 10 mins walk from the nearest underground rail station. However, the building looked old and the gym looked at though it had not been refurbished since the 1970s. Overall, a good hotel to stay in if you are in taipei, if you intend to time venturing out.

Hotel is noisy, and the location is awkard. A little far away to travel downtown.

Everything about the Hotel is great except the location is abit inconvenient.

It not a big hotel, but the hotel staffs are really nice, and with best quality of service. The room is clean and neat, the bed is very comfortable and with reasonal price. The hotel location is not very convenience, the subway station is about 5-10 minutes walk, also if you take airport bus is about 10-15 mins walk from the bus station to the hotel. […] But I take taxi all the time so is fine with me, the taxi fare to the business or shopping area is within NTD200. Great hotel. Stayed there for 4 nights. Rooms newly renovated. Would definitely go back to Landis Taipei next time I visit Taipei.

the staff who checked us in show no profession. She brought us to a room in which that floor was under rennovation. We could easily smell once we got out of the elevator. That staff didn't even offer us another room and wanted to brought us to the room as usual. We raised out our concern and she had no choice but to go back and find another room for […] us. We were looked after here so well. Such a well organized place, friendly staff and very very helpful. They make you so welcome. The room was lovely and very comfortable. We will be back for sure.

This hotel is really worth it, if you don't want to stay in a big crowded hotel, like other 4.5 or 5 star hotel. The staff are very helpful and so friendly. The MRT station is just 5 min to walk. All you need is just some steps away: bus station, temple, library and other shops. I will definitely come again here.

Above average service and facility at a reasonable price. The room service was terrible, however the restaurant food and service was memorable.

Excellent service and accomodations! There was some construction going on, but only between 9am-5pm, so it wasn't too disturbing.

The room was dusty, dusty..it was so bad when I dropped my pant on the floor, it stuck with so much dust that I couldn't even wear it. Conceiege service was very attentive and helpful,they recommended the best and most convenience places to visit and dine.

From the time you walk in to the time you leave, the staff at the Landis make you feel like you are truly special. They take care of your every need. Felt like a five star. The rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly want. There are tons of fun restaurants on the next street. Everything about this Hotel is just superb. I will Definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants a fair priced 5 Star Hotel. The Hotel Host even assisted us to our hotel room and answered all the questions that we may have. She was extremely friendly and showed warmth in her welcome from the time we arrived.

This hotel is kind of a gem in the hotel world. Very kind staff, excellent (not cheap) restaurants. Provides you with kind of a personal feeling. A litte distant from the nearest subway, and the neighborhood OK, but not terribly attractive.

今回の旅行は1/19-22高雄・日月潭・台北で1/21-22このホテルを利用しました。当日は春節イブでいつものホテルは満室のため初めて利用しました。 ホテルへ1時頃に到着してしまい、チェックインは無理かと思っていましたが、清掃済みの部屋へ入れて頂きとても助かりました。 しかし、前二泊は広い部屋を利用していたので、とても狭く感じました。また、窓はホテル内側に面していて開けられず残念でした。それと、風呂好きの私はシャワーとバスタブが分離した部屋を利用したかった。 ホテルはコンパクトで清掃が行き届きとても綺麗でした。そして、スタッフはフレンドリーでとても感じは良かったです。

どの従業員も良く教育されていて感じが良く親切です。 部屋は改装したばかりのスイートに通されました。 充分すぎる広さと清潔さ。 シャンプー類も良いモノを置いています。 また、スパの最終予約時間が過ぎてからコンシェルジュに できるかどうか聞いてもらったらOKとのコト。 その上　終わる時間を一時間も過ぎる施術もしてくれました。 またホテル宿泊者は１０％オフでとてもお得です。 立地もMTR駅から近く大通りに面しているので 夜間も安心です。 次回もこちらに宿泊したいと思います。

松山空港から、タクシーで100台湾ドルで着きます。エントランスやクロークなどは、決してラグジュアリーな感じではありませんが、従業員の方々のすべてが、感じがよく、気持ちがほっとします。日本人のスタッフの方もいらっしゃり、安心して過ごせました。部屋は広くはありませんが、クローゼットで仕切られ、来客のあったときにベッドルームが視界に入らないので快適です。チェックアウトが早朝で朝食が取れない時間だったのですが、お弁当を作ってくださり、感激しました。是非、また泊まりたいホテルの一つです。

サービスや対応はとても良かった。 ただ、バス・トイレが磨りガラス風で囲われていたのはいいが、ドアの開閉部分にかなりの隙間がある構造で居住空間とダイレクトになっていて音などが気になった。残念でした。

スペシャルリクエストもしっかりと通り、快適でした。 デラックスルームとスーペリアルームをとりましたが、ダブルベッドでも良いという方は、絶対デラックスにした方が良いと思います。（スーペリアもハリウッドツインでした）

Being on business trip in Taipei I really enjoyed staying in The Landis Taipei because of excellent service. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean. This is a real 5 star hotel. At breakfast they offer not only chinese food but reasonable offer of european dishes. During my visit some rooms were renovated but I really wasn't in the hotel […] during day, so the didn't bother me. 今回で3回目の宿泊です。初めてデラックスルームに宿泊しましたが、プライベート性が非常に守られ、またバスルームも広めで快適でした。 朝のフュッフェも種類は客室数からみると多いと思います。 また、ここのカフェのケーキは美味です。お勧めです。 フロントには日本人及び、日本語の堪能なスタッフがいるので心強いです。 また、日本語でのメールの対応も迅速に回答がきます。 台湾初心者からリピータまで、幅広くお勧めできるホテルだと思います。

GWに2泊しましたが、トイレに行くと激しい排水管の音。 ベッドがバスルームに面していたので夜はかなり厳しかったです。 それがなければ周りは便利なので使いやすいと思います。 日本語を話せる方もいるようですが、私がチェックインした時は英語のみでの対応でしたので、私の英語力では細かい部分は確認できませんでした。

GWに台北4泊した時に利用しました。 プールのあるミラマーに宿泊したかったのですが満室だったので、ジャグジー＆屋上デッキのあるこちらにしてみました。 部屋はデラックスダブルで、とても広くて重厚なインテリア、バスルームも素敵で、入った瞬間に気に入りました。 屋上デッキのジャグジーは使用できなくなっていて残念でしたが、滞在中は天気があまりよくなく、結局利用しなかったので別に気になりませんでした。 ジムがありますが、マシンも揃っているし清潔だし、良さそうでした。 ホテルスタッフは明るく親切、プロフェッショナル。 朝食は1階のブラッセリーにて。美味しかったので気に入りましたが、台北では朝食付きにする必要ないかな。他にいろいろ食べたいものがあるので、朝食をたっぷり食べてしまうと後で入らなくなってし […] まいます。 ロケーションの便利性は普通。メトロの駅は徒歩10分とのことでした。めんどくさくてずっとタクシーに乗って移動していました。お金を気にせず、という滞在にはロケーションは問題ないと思います。 詳情

ロケーションはいい方なのだと思います。 エアポートバス、市バス、地下鉄ともに近くに発着。 （地下鉄は新線の模様、私は使ってない） なにしろスタッフは日本語全く問題なし。 （夜間でも日本語OK） 朝食バイキングもかなりの種類。（和洋中） 理由は不明だが、デラックスルームから 最上階のスイートルーム（ビジネススイート）に無料アップグレードしてもらえた。 （１０時ごろからホテルの修理工事のためかうるさかったが） 個人的にはお薦めです。
