My wife and I stayed 4 night in the hotel. She has a conference in Banff town. The staff in the check-in counter is very friendly. The only complaint I have about our stay was the bed. We requested a king size bed and got a queen. Also they put us on the newly renovated floor and the bed was tacoed (sagged badly in the middle). The only down side to the weekend stay was the in-room dining. We ordered in a meal on a Saturday night and for the amount that was paid the food was quite disappointing. Would recommend trying one of the many great restaurants rather than order in.

Loved, Loved , Loved this hotel. The view was wonderful and the beds were extremely comfortable. We took our family 19 - 23 yr olds a well and they enjoyed the outdoor hot pool and hottub. Staying at this castle made our trip very memorable.Will definately be back if in Banff.

The staff made my visit memorable. They "bent over backwards" to make my stay comfortable and to assist me with any difficulties. As I have a physical impairment which affects my walking, they made sure I was in the main hotel and not the annex which I appreciated very much. They really need to renovate their inside. This hotel looks really classic and nice outside, but their interior is at least 30 years old or something. For the price I was paying, I'll go elsewhere next time.

Rooms are very small. We were expecting a room size of 250 sq ft. but the rooms allotted to us were hardly about 150 sq. ft. A big let down.
