It was a reasonable price for a hotel close to the airport. Wasn't a non-smoking room-the room smelled, AND I didn't get my wake up call at 3:15 am! Luckily I woke up on my own. So, overall I feel I was let down a but

We stayed here twice in one week. This was a very nice place to stay, but just wanted to say that the breakfast area is very small and the variety offered was less than even the basic items offered. In addition the staff in charge of the breakfast area were less than enthused or did not know what they needed to do. Room very clean. Except the arm chair needed vacuuming, had blond hair all over it. Any issues at arose (bathroom sink stopper not working) were handled promptly. The room was great. I can't find anything bad to tell you about the Hotel. I really want to tell you about the special care, and kindness the Hotel staff expressed with me. I know that there a much finer hotels in San Fransisco, but I will never stay anywhere else, when I'm in the San Fransisco area.

Location was what we needed on our trip....this hotel was located close to the airport as well as our rental car place. Price was great too...will stay here again if I make it to San Fran again soon.

The continental breakfast was a little sparse, but overall the hotel is fine. The hotel is close to the airport which is good when you are arriving later in the day.

Excellent help from the man at the front desk he could not do enough for us. His choice for pizza places was excellent. The lady in the morning was just OK

We chose the hotel because of the location near the airport. The hotel was cleanly and the staff was very kind. Not much of a variety in the neighborhood (lots of chinese, thai and sushi) but the shuttle took us to the airport to catch the BART downtown. Overall, fair for the price much like any Days Inn. Good hotel for the price. Nice location with very good Asian restaurants nearby as well as a Office Depot 5 blocks away. Hotel shuttle from airport or to close nearby locations very helpful. Front desk staff very polite and provide advice on nearby restaurants as well as other nearby landmarks.

I stayed there so I could be close to SFO for an early-morning departure. My only difficulty was that the hotel shuttle supposedly "couldn't" find me after I arrived and called them repeatedly with my location information. I got very frustrated and concerned about gettng behind schedule for my first appointment. The delay amounted to about 45 minutes! […] Eventually I was picked up and taken to the hotel, and they nicely offered to take me to the BART station (and pick me up later that evening). We needed a place to go sleep during a long international layover and the rep on the phone for hotels.com was extremely helpful and took all the stress out of my hands by finding us a hotel with a free shuttle from the airport and a reasonable price. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

The second time I've stayed here in the last six months. Close to BART, SFO. Free breakfast. Much cheaper than staying in the city. I would stay here again.

If you are not too pretentious and want the value of your dollar to go far, this is a good hotel. Great location to the airport, about ten minutes from rental car pick up. The ambiance is bland, with no frills. However the amentiites are great. Free internet, breakfast, coffee, fridge in room. Service is OK. Neighborhood is not scary.

We got the room for super cheap so I wan't expecting much but we were only staying overnight briefly. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. They had a decent continental breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport. I was joyfully surprised by the Days Inn. It's clean, inexpensive, not noisy, with friendly staff, free Internet and parking, a free ample breakfast, and a large lobby where one can relax. It has an hourly shuttle to the airport. The neighborhood is not very interesting but with a car one is near a lot of fun sights.

This certainly isn't the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, but for the price and for my needs (somewhere to sleep close to the airport after a long conference), it was perfect. The room was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Hotel room was old, needs remodel/refurbish. Definitely a two star hotel. staff was helful, breakfast free, rather limited. Ok place to stay for a night but would probably not book again.

My room had a broken toilet seat, a leaking toilet, and a broken television remote. Good times!

It started with power not working in the bathroom at midnight on new years. The front counter man didn't care that happen he was more concern about his food. The front counter man got in my face about morning food and started yell at employee to shut up. Never had bad service like this. The house maid did a good job it was the man makes hotel suck.

Yes, its close to the airport, but, I wasnt satisfied with the shower, or the bed, or the tv. The clerks had to work at my reservations, both coming and going, to get things right. They did a good job at that though.

I was only in San Francisco briefly for a meeting, and was leaving on a 6am flight the following morning. Rather than spend much more for a downtown or airport hotel with amenities I wasn't going to use, the Days Inn was a much more affordable alternative. Heat in room did not work and desk manager insisted it did. It never reached higher than 67 degrees. I would have froze but I slept in my clothes. Otherwise convenient to airport; only 10 min away. Airport shuttle runs every 1/2 hour but was 15 min late leaving to airport in a.m. The halls and room smelled really pleasant. The hotel was really cheap, and I got what I expected. I had been to San Francisco before, and was fortunate enough to take some advice to stay near the airport and take the BART (Rapid Transit) into town, and I did the same thing this time. The hotel was really close to the BART station -- probably even walk-able distance, although we drove because […] there was free parking on Saturday. There were some disappointing aspects of the room: 1) Second floor with no visible stair access. 2) Bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. 3) Bed was too hard for my liking. 4) Bathtub had an off-putting design inside (looked almost like feces smeared at various points on the wall). Good points about the hotel/room: 1) Adjustable temperature control. 2) Great channel/TV selection. 3) Amazingly close to BART station. 4) Great price. But those were minor flaws that were easy to overlook because we hardly stayed in the room. I would probably stay at the hotel again if I got rooms for the same price. 詳情

Service was not good. Asked front desk employee to call for taxi, It took 50 minutes after being told 5 more minutes three times. were put in an attaching room which was very noisy. Asked to be moved to another room and was not accomidated. Will never stay here again.

The hotel was a good location for us, and our rooms were clean and ready for us when we arrived. I had booked three rooms, one for my wife and I, one for my in-laws and one for my wife's aunt. I called the day before to ensure there were no issues and to tell them that we would be arriving late. I was told everything was good to go and that my in-laws […] and her aunt would be able to check in using there names. When we got there the girl that checked us in, who appeared bothered that we were checking in at midnight, could not find my in-laws room, even when we provided her with the confirmation numbers. When she did find it she informed us that they were overbooked on the room we requested and that they would be in a different room. On Friday when my wife's aunt was to check in I checked with the guy at the front desk before we left for the morning to ensure she would not have a problem getting her room, and sure enough she had no problems, but when we came back to the hotel and asked another girl, this one had a phone to her ear every time we saw her, could not find the other room, again I had to provide the confirmation number to find it. Saturday morning at the continental breakfast, we had to interrupt the same young lady from her phone calls to ask her to refill thinks like the milk, coffee and fruit. She was nice, but did not seem to want to be at work. Also on Saturday morning we had no front desk person for about 15 minutes. We watched the one young lady leave and then watched the other come in about 15 minutes later. We attended a wedding on Saturday morning, when we got back to our rooms around 4:30 in the afternoon to change and go back out for the evening, we discovered that none of rooms had been cleaned for the day, our dirty towels had been taken, but not replaced with clean ones. Good thing the wedding was in the morning and we did not need to take showers in the afternoon to go to an evening wedding. 詳情

Check in is at 2 PM and we got in at about 4 PM and our room wasn't ready. They said it wouldn't be ready for another hour and when I asked for another room that was ready they told me no, the soonest would be 20 minutes. So we reluctantly waited. They didn't switch out the bed spread (which I think we all figure they didn't, but this confirmed my suspicion), […] I practically watched them clean my room and there was no switching of any of the blankets, bed spread or blanket underneath. They did however change the sheets. When I asked for a new blanket at the desk they said they had none, but they could give me sheets. Call me picky, but I don't want to use a blanket that was on someone (who knows how many someone's) body, so I used a couple sheets and turned the heat way up. Other than that it was an alright hotel, they were kind of rude but the location was fine. 5 minutes from the airport but pretty far from the nearest BART station. It was not fancy, but it also did not cost a lot, plus it is close to the airport. We arrived late and needed a place just for one night until we met with friends in downtown San Francisco. The free shuttle was one of the deciding factors for us. The hotel was also relatively quiet and had a free breakfast. This turned out to be the ideal answer for a quick overnight between flights at SFO. I called for their shuttle as soon as I was off my incoming flight, and it arrived to get me within ten minutes of the time I reached the shuttle pickup area. A 4:00 am return to the airport was even more efficient. About 10-12 minutes travel each way. The hotel check-in […] took no time at all. I was greeted with a warm smile and a quick explanation regarding breakfast (6:00 am so I couldn't get any) and the morning shuttle, which was reserved for me before I could ask. The room was clean and pleasant, although the air conditioner and street outside were a bit noisy. It had no amenities, but all I wanted was a safe, convenient and clean place for a shower and some rest. It fit that need perfectly. Judging from the number of people who joined me on the 4:00 am shuttle, others were doing the same thing. We stayed one night as a stop off before flying the next day. less than 10min from airport, Very good for the price, no issues at all, nice staff, breakfast adequate for us, even printed off boarding tickets. Would recommend for one night. Don't know what area is like.

I had hoped to park and fly, but I didn't pre-arrange it. I didn't realize there were so few parking spaces available so I had to drive to SFO and park in long term. There weren't even any parking spaces open in their lot when I got back late one night from a concert.

The room smelled terrible, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the pillows were literally maybe an inch thick. It was cheap, but it showed.

The only good thing going for this hotel is its proximity to the airport. The air conditioner was not working properly, there was a distinct smell that hung in the room, the bathroom tiles were coming off and the toilet kept running all night.
