The desk staff members went out of their way to make our trip as pleasant as possible. The staff was very customer-friendly. The hotel is a little dated, but its excellent location and helpful staff make up for this. The views of the valley below are stunning! Placed on the hills with a great view. But a walk of 30 minutes to the down town of Nasareth. Friendly staff, nice gym and pool area. The rooms looks old and is not cleand very well. Hotellet i sin helhet är helt okey. Städningen är inte bra vi bodde på plan 1 och där så städades inte uteplatserna någon gång under hela veckan det var väldigt smutsigt. Damsugning av rummen gjordes inte heller vilket behövs när det är heltåckningsmattor överallt. Trappen från poolen ner till plan 1 så låg det massor med skräp.
