"nice, but noisy"

One of the nicest places I've stayed for the price. May have been, however, THE noisiest places I've ever stayed. On top of all the noises, WHY does the leaf blowing have to be done in the morning???????

I found that check-in could only happen after 3pm... the carpet in the was dirty and a 1/2 full coke bottle was in the refrigerator.
