Spacious Room and Clean, not too far from MRT

We arrived after a wonderful 2.5 weeks in Thailand so this hotel had a lot to live up to! When we checked in the front desk noticed that it was my birthday 2 days prior so they gave us a free upgrade! Off to a smashing start. A wonderful way to be welcomed to Singapore too. The room had ample space to fit a king size bed and lounge, with a desk. It […] was simply decorated but nice and clean. Room service was fantastic everyday refilling our water. This hotel seemed to cater to any need one could have. It was in a great location too. Just a couple of blocks away from Bugis Market and the main buzz of shops. A couple of blocks in the opposite way was Suntec city so it was easy to get around. The pool area is beautiful. A nice place to get away from the buzz of it all. My only qualm would be that it can be quite expensive - cocktails were between $13 and $16 each. My husband and I bought 2 drinks - $27! We also ordered a soy latte the next morning from the cafe area and eeek - it was one of the most terrible coffees ever... but they did try! Very glad that I picked this hotel to stay at! Staff supremely helpful, very polite and kind. Hotel is busy and lively, yet never too noisy. Close to MRT stations (Nicoll Highway- 5mins, Bugis Junct- 8 mins walk) so easy to get to the City, Marina Bay and East/West lines. Fabulous pool for relaxation set in pretty gardens. Just wonderful!

I have stayed in this hotel several times and would not hesitate to stay again. in fact i have stayed in several in the area and this is by far the best for the price.

I have been to Singapore many times, but staying here was one of my best experiences. Incredibly helpful and courteous staff. Free internet is also very fast.

This is a clean and convenient located hotel. Staff of the hotel is friendly. The swimming pool is a great place that you can relax yourself. Overall, it is a value for money deal.

I am amazed by the attention they gave us. The only downside to my stay at the hotel was its restaurant, which I would rate it somewhat average, below our expectations. The hotel itself, otherwise, outstanding.

The only downside to this hotel is that they have a disco every night until 1am. I could hear & feel the music on the 2nd floor. However, after complaining, I was upgraded to a room on the 5th floor.

Our first stay here and we loved it. A very comfortable hotel, located very close to the attractions around the colonial area, Esplanade and Marina Bay area, all within walking distance. Plenty of taxis around and public transport is abundance. It is just across the road from Arab Street where you can find plenty of food and halal food. Our room has […] the Arab Street view and big and well equipped and comes with complimentary wireless internet and that was nice for a 4 star hotel. The staff were very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and even though we always stay this area of town when we visited Singapore, still provided us with new attractions to visit/see. Great customer service & pool

The hotel was so close to the Arab street for those who want to eat Halal Food, in night it is so quite. It is required to get a Taxi from the hotel elevator to your room the elevators were in the center of the building and the room was so far from them. The room was big enough but the finishing of the room decoration was not professional. It was so […] cold even when I switched the AC off. When we come to the room and open the room door immediately we found a bad smell from the WC – the evacuating fan wasn’t work in our room. 詳情

いい部屋だと思い決めたのですが、実際とおされた部屋はイメージとずいぶん違うものでした。 あの部屋だと最初にわかっていたら、ここに決めることはなかったでしょう。 なので、とても残念な気持ちになりました。

ここのレビューを参考にして、宿泊予約。 他のホテルは「狭い」やら「汚い」やら、あと「高い」というのが問題で、コストパフォーマンスがよいホテルを探していて決めました。 場所はCityHallやOrchard Roadなどのシンガポールの栄えている場所からは少し離れてはいますが、Arab streetというそこそこ見る場所がある通りの近くで、深夜でもホテル近くの料理屋さんやBARが空いていたりと、不自由はしません。 最寄りのＭＲＴはBugis。日系の某ハンバーガーチェーン店やラーメンチェーン店が出店していたり、大きめのっショッピングセンターがあり、比較的新しく便利です。 ただ、歩くには距離があるので、シンガポールは暑いので、タクシーが無難かも。 ホテルの部屋ですが、最安値のプランで宿泊。（朝食なし） シンガポールではタバコ厳しいのかな、と思っていたのですが、喫煙ルーム宿泊できました。 ホテル玄関前にも喫煙スペースあったり、街の中にも結構吸う場所あったので、かなり予想を覆されました。 また、ホテルのエレベータは部屋のカードキーをかざさないと自分の部屋の階へのボタンが押せません。 ここの口コミを見て、知っていたはずなのに現地につくとすっかり忘れていて、焦りました。 話は戻って部屋のことですが、２人で過ごしてまったく問題ないくらい広さはありました。 ユニットバスで、掃除の甘さは海外特有。 日本のHouseKeepingがきれいすぎるのかもしれませんが。 湯につかりたくて、バスタブのあるホテルを選んで予約したのですが、湯をはるにはあまりきれいではなかったので結局シャワーにしました。 部屋の空調は温度設定のつまみがあり、設定できますが、あまり関係ないようなのか昼になると冷房効きすぎて寒かったです。 部屋の入り口ドア横にカードキーを差し込むところがあって、そこにカードをさすと部屋に電気が供給されるので、抜いておけば空調止まります。 部屋にはなりますが、、、 ホテルにある屋外プールは7:00～21:00で使用可能。 深さ最大３m近くあるプールで結構楽しかったです。(子供用プールエリア有) プールサイドでは、欧米風の方が多く寝ておりますが、プールはほぼ自由に使い放題。 プールサイドにBARも有。 ホテルスタッフのサービスですが、CONCERGEと呼ばれるなんでも屋さんが１階玄関近くに待機しており、そこでタクシー手配や、わからないことに答えてくれます。 日本人ではないですが、日本語のできるスタッフもいました。 ただ３日間の滞在で会ったのは１日のみ。 タイミングが悪かっただけかもしれませんが、日本語スタッフ常駐というのは期待できません。 ３日中、２日間日本人のツアーの団体と会いました。 結構日本人も利用される人が多いようです。（口コミでは日本人ほとんどいないと見ていたので、これも想定外） 日用品（ドリンク等）の入手方法ですが、ホテル併設のビジネスセンター１階にMINI […] MARTという売店みたいなところがあって、ここにお菓子、飲み物、タバコなどが売っています。 確認不足ですが、夜は１０時か１１時頃までしか開いてなかったはずです。 ホテル周辺のコンビニですが、セブンイレブンが２４時間営業で待機しているので便利です。 場所は歩いて１０分ほどかかりますが、、 ホテル正面玄関から、道を渡ってまっすぐArab Streetを歩いていくとあります。 このあたりに何店舗かセブンイレブンはあるので歩きまわっていれば、すぐ見つかります。 シンガポールは結構夜中でも店が開いてて、３時とかに歩き回ってもオープンバーみたいなところが空いてて、そこで水たばこ（！？）と呼ばれる、色んなフレーバーを楽しめる嗜好品を楽しんだりもしました。 治安はいいとは聞いていましたが、一応女性一人はお勧めはしません。 総評的にですが、他のホテルのレビューを見る限り、ここは結構当たりのホテルなのかな、と思います。 最終日にSt. Regis Singaporeに宿泊しましたが、そこは値段がかなり高いだけあって、格は違いましたが、値段とのバランスを考えればかなりいいのかな、と思います。 詳情
